Quality is superb
Iâll admit I ordered this with low expectations based on the reviews I read.. was blown away with the noticeable quality of the wood, colour and photos.. shipping took a little longer but guessing it was a gift and coming wrapped was the perfect touch. Definitely worth the wait.

Really cute, quality is OK
Purchased a personalized puzzle for a first birthday present. I loved how many options for personalization there were (eg. Choosing which animals to include, colour scheme, etc). The final product was really cute and came wrapped beautifully.Only downside: it is not the highest quality and the shallow spaces for each piece make it a bit of a challenge!

Good quality but kind of blah
This is very well made. What I was disappointed with was how bland the painted letters were. My granddaughterâs name has five letters, and the second and third letters were painted the same colour, making the name seem very unbalanced. I ordered the subdued colour scheme and found the colours of the name overall to be more pale than I was expecting, and with the second and third letters being the same colour, I was rather disappointed.When i selected the colour choice of less vibrant, I was expecting pale pinks, blues and perhaps teals instead of bright primary colours. The two letters painted the same colour were in a very pale yellow. Placed against the blond colour of the wood, there was very little contrast. I was disappointed with the colour selection.

I ordered this for my son and he absolutely loves it. I can just how it was supposed to my puppy unfortunately a few of the pieces and when I wrote the company about maybe replacing some of the pieces and me gladly paying for them they wrote back stating that they would replace him and not charge me. Thereâs not much companies these days so I would do this and I really appreciate the kindness. Thanks again for the great customer service and the great product for my son.!!
Bought this for Christmas last year for my then two year-old grandson. He loves seeing his name in a puzzle! This puzzle helped him learn the letters in his name and he enjoys the dinosaur puzzle pieces too. With the ability to have a message carved into the back, this makes a terrific gift and keepsake.
This is a nice quality puzzle. I wanted a name puzzle to show him how his named is spelled and for using motor skills to put the pieces in. I received exactly what I ordered except for the color in the puzzle name letters. I ordered rainbow colors, but the green is more a mint color and the color after blue was another blue, not purple. One reason why i chose the rainbow colors was to teach him the colors of the rainbow. I may paint the last color purple. For $30 i feel this is a nice puzzle. The board is thick enough, the pieces fit well, the colors are bright and beautiful. Hes 2, and I think it will last a long time.
