We bought this as part of our baby registry closure. Didn’t actually open it until baby began her solid food journey. We’re doing BLW and now that she’s 13 months old, it’s super helpful and makes life super easy for certain foods that needs to be served as bite size. The scissors are sharp and has a safety cover. We are so happy with this product.
Poor quality!
Not very happy with this purchase. Bought no more than a few months and used sparingly, mainly on cooked soft vegetables like yams and carrots. The scissors stopped closing the whole way yesterday and today, it cracked in the dead centre. The scissors weren’t very sharp either.
Flimsy
They are flimsy and not especially powerful or sharp.
Bad quality
Used it to cut baked yam for my child, but can’t believe it’s quality is that bad. One of the handle cracked and can come straight off. Won’t recommend this for anyone.
A MUST BUY!
These scissors are easy to use, and I love that it is safe to use on my baby’s food. It is lightweight and the colour is a nice fresh green. The price is also amazing as it is a lot cheaper than other brands. I will keep buying this item for new mamas & papas! Thanks for making such a wonderful product, bbluv!! 🙂
Great ceramic scissors
Awesome scissors for me to cut up my babies soft solids. What’s even better is that they are ceramic which ensures no rusting! I will be sure to look at purchasing more baby items from bbluv.
Broke during first use.
They definitely didn’t last very long. Not sharp at all. Can barely cut through foods. Children’s safety scissors can cut better and more things than these could.
It canât cut vegetables
This pair of scissors does not close fully at the tip so you cannot use the tip to cut anything. Itâs also very difficult to cut vegetables. I have had other ceramic scissors and they did not have this problem.
