Best bottle used so far
Easy to clean. Love the stainless steel, keep cool and keep warm for a certain time.
Best Water Bottle for Toddlers
I really like this bootle, probably the only model I could find in stainless steel and a silicone straw!
Excellent produit
Un super produit qui garde bien lâeau ça ne coule pas, facile a nettoyer.
Straw did not work from day 1
I ordered one of these a while ago, and to be fair it was decent enough for me to buy a second. I ordered a second one, and the straw did not work at all. Itâs like something is blocking it, even though I can technically see that itâs open. Zero liquid move through it.
straw didn’t work
The straw was faulty and my baby could not drink out of it. No water came out of the straw at all, like it was blocked. Very disappointed, for this much money I expected a good quality product.
Leaks and straw needs improvement
Leaks if straw is not on securely and also the straw is hard to suck out of for toddlers. Open it more yourself
Manufacturer defect
Straw gets stuck while opening the lid.
the handle is not stable
the handle can turn in any direction
I bought the Beaba Stainless Steel Sippy Cup with high hopes. Stylish, stainless steel, handles for tiny hands â what could go wrong? Well, as it turns out, pretty much everything.Where do I even begin with this leaky, frustrating contraption?Straw struggles: My poor toddler sucked and sucked, but barely a drop of liquid emerged. The one-way valve seems more intent on blocking the flow than facilitating it. It’s like trying to drink a milkshake through a clogged straw â pure torture for tiny taste buds.Leak City: This cup isn’t leakproof, it’s leak-central. Every tilt, every giggle, every accidental bump sends liquid cascading out the sides and soaking everything (and everyone) in its path. Forget diaper changes, you’ll need outfit changes every five minutes.Cleaning catastrophe: Disassembling this cup for cleaning is like solving a Rubik’s Cube blindfolded. Tiny parts, nooks and crannies galore â it’s enough to make you want to throw the whole thing in the dishwasher (which, by the way, it’s not safe for).Handle heartbreak: The removable handles seem like a good idea in theory, but in practice, they’re more trouble than they’re worth. They pop off with the slightest tug, sending the cup plummeting to the floor (and shattering your hopes of a peaceful meal).Honestly, the only “pro” I can find for this cup is that it’s aesthetically pleasing. It looks sleek and modern, but that’s about it. In terms of functionality and ease of use, it’s an epic fail.My advice? Save your money and your sanity. Skip the Beaba Stainless Steel Sippy Cup and invest in something that works (and doesn’t drive you to the brink of meltdown).Overall rating: 1 star (and that’s only because I can’t give it zero).P.S. If you’re looking for a truly leakproof, easy-to-clean, and toddler-approved sippy cup, I highly recommend the Munchkin Miracle 360 Cup. It’s a lifesaver, trust me!
I got this as a more durable water bottle for my 8mo old. Itâs nice that it is leak proof but itâs so leak proof that it makes it drink proof. You have to bite down on the straw in the exact place of the leak proof slit in order for water to actually come out. I ended up cutting a slit the other way too to make a + shaped slit so water could come out easier. Still doesnât leak even with that slit. Anyways took a star away because it should be easier to drink.
I have bought this cup four times; it my sonâs preferred travel cup. It is one of safer, more durable cup on the market. But let me address these crazy negative: (1) yes, your baby can drink out of the straw. It is not possible. This cup is not a straw training cup. Your child needs to learn and master drinking from a straw. Start that at 6 months and by his or hers first birthday, he or she will be ready for this bigger cup. (2) If you want it to stay leakproof, do not disassemble the straw component. Fully disassembling this cup to clean is unnecessary. Use the provided pipe cleaner!
Pro: I love the stainless steel and colors. They fit in a carseat cup holder without the handles. They are beautiful. I love the lid design and I love how it’s a non toxic bottle with a completely silicone straw not just the mouth piece.Con: I bought two of them and I’ve had them exactly 2 days and they leak from around the rim and one leaks from the straw while the other is near impossible to drink out of. The design is that you have to squeeze the straw and suck but my son has an overbite and can’t do that so he uses his hand to squeeze it. The bottle should not be this hard to drink out of. Also they scratch so easily. They say scratch resistant but there are literal scratches all over both of them and I’ve had them two days. I’m very disappointed because I had such high hopes. Also they should really make a bigger size 8oz isn’t enough for a 2/3 year old needs to be at least 10oz but if you made them 12oz then they could literally use them when they get bigger.
Iâve never had a sippy cup truly be leakproof before but weâve had absolutely no leaks with this. I started giving this to my baby who is EBF around 7 months and he figured out how to drink out of it immediately because you need to compress the straw to get water out, like nursing or sucking a bottle nipple.
