Great so far as a pregnancy hoodie
I was a size small before pregnancy (120 lbs and 5’4″), but I ordered a medium because I was 25 weeks pregnant, and it wasn’t super clear from the product page or reviews if this would fit my large baby bump. I was worried that it was mostly geared towards nursing, as none of the photos showed it on a fully pregnant person or with a lot of extra room to spare. Even after washing and drying it on low heat, the medium was a bit baggy in the shoulders and chest for my liking (but I have a petite upper body), so I decided to order another one in small, even though I couldn’t return the medium anymore due to already wearing and washing it. I’m 28 weeks now and even after washing and drying (on low heat) several times, the small still fits nicely with room to spare for my belly. I’m pretty sure it will fit me all the way to the end of my pregnancy, but I’m happy to have the medium as a back up, just in case. The material has quite a bit of stretch to it, so it’s kind of deceiving how much it can hold. I will try to wear the small as long as possible because I like the fit, and I’ll try and remember to update my review post partum with regard to the sizing.Pregnancy sizing aside, the material is soft and comfortable, the nursing zipper is very discreet but in a good location, the pattern is cute, and while the material isn’t very thick (compared to a normal hoodie), I actually prefer it as I run much hotter than I used to pre-pregnancy. It’s good enough for winter because I’m a human furnace right now, and it’ll be useful to me for nursing in the spring and summer without being too hot. Overall, I liked it enough to order it in two sizes, so I feel like that says everything you need to know.
So soft and works great!
Love this nursing hoodie and would love to get a second one! The zippers work well and are really hidden. Itâs a very lightweight hoodie which I liked too. Lots of stretch to it.
Nice and thin
Large fits perfect for me 155lbs, 5 6″ . I like it a little big. Thin and kinda cheap material but feels nice to wear and looks good. Love the zipper opening for nursing. Doesn’t look like a nursing sweater. Washed and dried nicely. Would buy more for sure.
Comfortable nursing top for a range of chest sizes
I was originally looking for a heavier winter sweater for nursing, this is not a heavy fabric, however it is really cozy! The shirt is a lighter weight t-shirt material, but lined with a soft light material inside. The stitching is high quality and durable. For nursing the zipper is well hidden, opens from both sides of the chest, and can open entirely from armpit to armpit if necessary. This shirt would work comfortably for a wide range of chest sizes. I was concerned about the fit and easy of use as I’m only a month postpartum so I ordered a large, I’m typically a medium. The large is quite loose, but not excessively so. I’ll order a medium for the next one. It also held up well in the washer and dryer, but I’ll probably hang it to dry for the most part. My only complaint is the giant metal ends on the drawstrings, but I just tuck them out of the way. Overall, I’m really happy with this shirt and recommend it to any breastfeeding mom!
Functional cozy comfort
Great nursing hoodie, the two-way horizontal nursing access zipper works great and is unobtrusive. I wish it was 100% cotton as it would have more longevity than the cotton poly blend, but other than that, this is a tip top product. The kangaroo pocket is nice for carrying small items. I’m 5’2″, petite frame, 155 lbs, decent postpartum pooch (as in I look about 5 months pregnant) and the Medium fit great.
Fits well. Zipper too high up
I love the fit of this sweater, it is well made and very comfortable. The only downside is that the zipper is too high up on the sweater for breastfeeding purposes. (I am not gifted in the breast area like others-am on the smaller side) and find that the zipper is more at chest level than where you would need it for when you’re feeding your baby.
Love this Sweater!
This sweater is exactly as advertised. I have not had any issues with the zippers or the size of the openings for breast feeding. There are 2 zippers, one on each side that are hidden near the sides under each arm, they are two-way zippers so you can use either one and unzip all the way across if you want to which means you can literally open the entire shirt giving you more than enough room. The design is flattering and the sweater is warm but not bulky. The only thing that bothers me is that my son will play with the hood strings when he’s feeding or when I am carrying him but that is solved by tucking the strings inside if I want to. But besides that, I wear this sweater all the time and it’s held up really well to washing. Good purchase!
Soft, comfy, and cute!
Floral pattern and navy blue colours are complementary, and the fabric is very lightweight and soft. This sweater doesn’t have any lining, and wears more like a long sleeve shirt. I am a S/M in tops and purchased a Medium. It has a nice length in the arms and torso, and doesn’t ride up when you straighten your arms or bend over. The zippers across the chest are not noticeable at all, and very simple to use. I have had best results wearing this top with only my nursing bra underneath, as other tops are in the way when trying to nurse.
