So far we are not impressed with our bebcare hear monitor. Itâs extremely cheap and honestly feels like it should be $50. Sound quality isnât clear. Just a bad product all around. We would like to return it but bebcare has horrible customer service and wants to charge a %25 restocking fee!!! (And thatâs if itâs unusedâ¦obviously weâve used it, how else would we know it isnât a good product?). Frustrated we paid almost $300 for this.
UPDATE: after reaching out to the company they provided a full refund.Original review: This item didnât have the range I needed it to have. So I returned it. It was advertised as offering free returns. But I was hit with a 100% restocking fee and only received what I paid in taxes. Buyer beware of this bad ethics from this company
Biggest draw for me was the low emf output. Works great around my 2 story home. Itâs simple to use and does exactly what I need it toâ¦.let me know when my baby is up. Iâd buy it again in a heartbeat and will use for the subsequent babies!
We were happy enough with this product for a couple of weeks. When itâs working the audio quality is not good and sometimes hard to hear baby over the feedback. Impossible to hear baby when the sound machine is on unless scream crying. But we wanted low emf so we kept using. We used it less than a few times a week, less than ten times total, and the remote unit has stopped receiving the signal consistently, even in close proximity. Very disappointed. Waiting to see if seller will offer us a refund for this very expensive product.
This monitor is very reliable, even while Iâm in the garden outside! Love the small parent unit – so not cumbersome to carry around or hook to a pocket or shirt. I would definitely recommend!
