Dependable, easy to use and excellent value
I love this no contact thermometer. So much so, that this is the 2nd one I have purchased for my daughter’s family. It is easy to use with a fast and accurate reading, and prevents cross contamination between ill family members or patients. It presents the temperature in large, back lit easy to read digital numbers, in Fahrenheit or Celsius, and alerts you to when to be concerned about an abnormal temp. Some previous ratings complain of no batteries included … however, if you read the product description, it identifies the type of battery required and that the “Batteries” are “not included”. I appreciate that it I am dealing with a Canadian company.

works perfectly every time and much more accurate than my old one that you have to jam in the ear. lightweight, easy to use and not bulky. price was reasonable too. definitely recommend.
Initially disappointed however it works.
I received this item yesterday and initially worked very well. It is very easy to use. The fact that I couldnât give a better rating is that after installing the batteries that came with the unit it is already flashing low battery. Apparently Iâm not the first customer who experienced this. This is unacceptable and should be reported as a quality issue.I will install new batteries and hope that it resolves the issue as I do like the product.My apology. It seems I may have spoken too soon. A incorrect reading. Batteries were fine.

Un embalage non-adéquat
Je done 4 étoiles parce que la boite du thermomètre nâest pas pratique a lâutilisation á long terme. Quand on est malade, fièvreux, la nuit..sortir et entrer le thermomètre dans sa boite, pas évident, et de plus lâembalage, le moule va casser . moi je le garde dans un ziplock car la lentille dorit rester proprie en tout temps
