Each 5 mL or 1 teaspoonful (tsp.) contains 7.5 mg of cough supressant Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide to help control dry coughs for up to 8 hours. Shake well before use. Use only the enclosed dosage cup designed for use with this product. Do not use any other dosing device. Give 10 mL every 6-8 hours, as needed. Do not give more than 4 doses per day. This product is always out of stock. I was lucky to get some for the winter but now it’s always unavailable from Amazon. The price that’s sold by Amazon is great compared to shoppers or rexall. Amazon has it for $8 and big pharma company is selling this for $14, almost doubled. I just wish they have more kids cough syrup in stock on here and not the other “natural” cough syrups that’s sold on here.Anyways, this cough syrup is great. The kids love the taste. They said it taste like the grape flavour from Mr. Freeze and it seems to work for their coughs.
