This product is a trusted cough and cold symptom solution recognized by the Canadian Diabetes Association. This sugar-free, sorbitol-free remedy is specially formulated with menthol, a decongestant suitable for people with diabetes, providing effective cough, congestion and mucus relief expected from the Benylin brand. Sweetened with sodium saccharin. Each 5 mL or 1 teaspoonful (tsp.) contains 15 mg of cough suppressant Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide to help control dry cough, 15 mg of Decongestant, Anesthetic/Analgesic Menthol for relieve stuffy nose and nasal congestion as well as sore throat pain, and 200 mg of expectorant Guaifenesin to loosen and thin mucus in the chest to relieve chest congestion. To use, Adults and children 12 years and older, take 2 tsp. (10 mL) every 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed a total of 8 tsp. (40 mL) per day. Available in a bottle of 100 mL. It is not useful for my cough, and feel dizzy
The only reason to buy this prouct was the high concentration of menthol. But it took 3 weeks to clear Canadian customs, and I can get as much menthol by doubling the dose of certain common OTC products. The price is outragious for the hassle.
