Works well
I had this thermometer 2 years ago, but gave it away, then bought more expensive Braun and that one really disappointed me. So eventually I tried to remember the old model, and found it. I almost returned it the first day as three measurements differed as match as 1C, but decided to give it time. The next day the thermometer was just fine, as good as my first one.
Easy to use and read.

This thermometer works as advertised. It comes with batteries and is very easy to use. Itâs quick and accurate.
Does the job
This thermometer is basic and does the job just fine. Given its price point, it is unbeatable. I’d even consider this unit performing better than units at much higher price points.It is best to use this thermometer once it adjusts to your environment’s surrounding temperature to get an accurate reading. I personally found that switching between human and object may require a bit of effort in comparison to other similar units.Given this unit’s current price point, the inconveniences could be easily overlooked.
So much better than the in ear thermometers
I have had an in ear thermometer for a few years, it’s difficult to find the disposable covers for the tip and they are not very eco-friendly, so I decided to give one of these a try. This one is really simple to use and I am certain it’s quite accurate. I did side by side comparison with the other thermometer I have, which I know is accurate and they only varied by a max of .2 of a degrees. I also love that you can use it for checking surface and room temp. I recall the days of testing the bottles for baby and the bath water, this would have been super handy. I have used it for room temperature as well, we have 2 rooms at the back of the house that get quite chilly in the winter months and I wanted to know what the actual difference was.I would recommend this item for several reasons:- easy to use- accurate- versatile- competitively priced

A thermometer is definitely a must have, especially when you have little ones or in times where infections are now everywhere.This Bercomm thermometer comes with 2 AA batteries (provided) and an English/French instructions.It was already preset in Celsius but you could change to Fahrenheit.It keeps the last 32 readings in memory that you can wipe out by removing the batteries. This is convenient as it covers an entire month for stats purposes.I like that you do not have to place the tip in the mouth and it can read directly by pointing to the forehead, without contact. This way, you do not have to wake a child if sleeping.The 1 second temperature reading is impressive, and accurate on top.I like the big display, lighted in case itâs in a dark room. When taking temperatures reading, the display has 3 backlight colours: red, orange and green depending on the temperature level.This is a 5 star all the way.
Great Thermometer is Reliable and Quick.
Great thermometer gives reliable and very quick readings. Note that it comes with the batteries inserted inside the thermometer and it did not work. After replacing the batteries the thermometer did it’s thing (I would have preferred them shipping this item with the batteries outside the device). We have since used it multiple times (I do live in Canada where winter is at times unforgivable) and the readings have been consistent and reliable. The LCD 3-Color display is very useful as you can see the results in the dark and it changes colour in relation to the temperature. It also has multiple settings (Surface/Room/Body – so far I have only used it in Body mode) and a memory storage of your last 32 readings.A very useful and convenient thermometer that is versatile, worth having and priced not too high. Recommended.
