Love the durability of this sound machine. It can go very quiet or very loud. The light also can be very dim or a pretty bright nightlight. Love all the different sound types too.
I wear my Apple Watch to record my sleep patterns and itâs telling me that this little sound device is really working so donât buy an app to help you sleep because after a while you could buy a 100 of these in what you pay for the app. My neurologist told me about these for tenites and it has helped me fall asleep quicker and deeper sleep without it. Itâs just my first experience so do what you will but it really helps meâ¦
