Arrived Broken – but everything was fixed
One of the arms to the chair arrived broken – I have reached out to customer support and will update my review upon hearing back.The broken arm was shipped out and arrived quickly and we were able to put it on and the chair is perfect! Super comfy for gaming, looks great and seems very sturdy

Okay this is my honest review after I use this chair for 24 hours gaming since it came in. the build the race car aspect of the chair is cool an the aesthetic and all. Before I got this chair I was gaming on an old regular computer chair. This is actually my first ever gaming chair. I do not really follow the hype with everyone bandwagon everything that looks an seems cool everyone talks about. But if it makes sense to follow the bandwagon for my benefit then I might just get it to test it out an that is after my main chair wheel broke off an it was really looking crusty an the material was peeling off because I sweat a decent amount due to a lot of body hair. That is what lead me to get this chair.One thing that was sketch when I was putting the chair together, the Manuel is straight forward an so is the building process but the wheels some went on causally gently putting it on, an some wheels u had to put a lot of force an it still would not go in all the way, it would go in half way enough for u to sit on the chair leaving your body weight to do the rest of the job.Even tightly screwing everything on the chair feels fragile, fragile meaning if you make too many intense moves on the chair it might lead to it braking or a component snapping, an that would go more towards the arm rest support. The seat build for your but is disrespectful because the most important thing about a gaming chair is ur but support and neck support this chair dose a good job with neck a back support but. For your buttocks it completely sucks after 5 hours of gaming my but just starts to get irritated an hurts.The cushion is really darn cheap. The cushion is probably worth 5$ because I have sit on very cheap couchâs like an old kitchen chair that has a cushion an it feels exactly like that on this chair.Iâm giving this product a 1 star an that 1 star go towards the back support because back support itâs important an I donât feel so tired out an my back dos no ache in pain like it use to.The 164$ was mainly for the build and aesthetics of the chair, I personally think this manufacture have not game for 24hrs or even a few hours if they can build something like this and claim it is a gaming chair.
Rapid Customer Service Response to Issue
The metal hinge which supports the chair broke after just over a month of NORMAL use. Chair is now unstable and completely unusable. The Lift lever is also completely stuck. Happened just after the return window closed.UPDATED: After leaving a negative review the company immediately reached out to me and offered a replacement. It arrived within a few days. So far everything looks great.
Cool Chair, But Cheap
I got this for my 10 year old gamers birthday, he loves it. It looks cool and he thinks itâs comfortable. When I sit in it, I donât find it very comfortable, and it feels flimsy. When I was assembling it, one of the screws that holds the arm rest on wouldnât thread in, I had to get a tap and fix up the threads, then it went in. I would say good enough for a kid, but wouldnât last if an adult used it regularly.
Sat down once and the support bent.
Love the look and the price, but the minute I sat down after having followed the instructions to the fullest extent, the support holding the back of the chair up bent. Now the chair is perpetually at a 120° angle and it’s not comfortable in the least. I thought I’d save myself some money, but you really get what you pay for. I’m an average guy with an average build, so this is clearly not designed to last for adults. Shame, because I really like the look and it would have been very comfortable if it hadn’t bent immediately.

Bought as a grad gift for a gamer and the feedback I received was the chair is very comfortable. It was easily assembled by the person who got it. The quality of the chair seems great. It fits well in the space and is easy to wheel out of the way.He likes the cushion at his lower and head for comfort too.

Item arrived damaged and looks cheap. It was difficult to put together because the that connects the seat and lumbar support is bent. On top of that I have to pay to ship this back. Look elsewhere and buy something better.
