The thermometer doesn’t work. It seems to be preset to 36.2 degrees C and doesn’t change even after taking my oral temperature. I am unable to change the setting from Centigrade to Fahrenheit. The instructions seem to be overly complicated and unclear and there is only one button to do everything, including changing the method of taking a temperature (oral, underarm and rectal). If the supplier is unable to clarify the instructions, I will be returning this product.
