Cheap quality
Not as pictured – No label on it. Very cheap quality. Came folded in a tiny package, poorly constructed. The image makes it look nicer than it is. In reality itâs worth $15 max. Very thin. Sagging handles. Wrinkled. Itâs three pieces put together with Velcro. Loose threads. Purchased as a gift and will probably be returning.
Poor quality and customer service
Very poor quality, looks unfinished as seams are all exposed and came without label. Definitely not going to hold its shape either. Any issues had to go through the seller, not Amazon and they basically refused a return and tried to guilt me by saying they have a hard time selling their products and that even though I was unsatisfied with the product it is still useable and asked me to please keep it. No matter how many times I said I wasnât going to use it and didnât want it, they never accepted a return and full refund.

Awful quality. Looks nothing like the picture, doesnât have the logo on it and is falling apart. Donât buy this
So far I feel like itâs a great size for a diaper caddy. It is a little floppy but still sturdy enough once you add items in it. I hope the wrinkles straighten out but this is fresh out the bag. Iâm pretty happy with it and I thought it would be a different look compared to other organizers I saw. I definitely recommend it if you donât want something too big to fit in your car!
Really frustrated that the Velcro is in the wrong place for the dividers, otherwise it would be perfect for what we needed it for. Have tried other ways for the Velcro to work but itâs definitely in the wrong spot. Not worth the hassle of sending back and will try to make do. The outside of the bag is nice and thick/spongey. Fits nappies and extras in well.
I bought this and filled it up with baby items. This tote was a big hit. They will love and appreciate it and everything else in there. It’s kind of large so team up with someone and together you can make a memorable gift. Baby items adds up fast! Mine came spotless and great condition. The only thing you need to do before you gift it is to open it up and place items in the bag to create its shape since it came folded. The handles do stay propped up. The dividers are a great feature bc you can create the space you need. The bag is sturdy and durable. The bag handled itself well after placing all the items inside. It’s cute and modern, definitely what people want! There was no weird smells after opening.
Really a great quality caddy! Color and fabric is amazing too! Customizable velco partitions make it great for organizing.
I do love this but I gave it a 4 because itâs a little on the thin side. I love the color and it does the job.
