Looks great. Works great. Not sure how long it will ârememberâ my fingerprint. So far, mine is able to unlock the drawer.I found the instructions to be less than okay, but when you look at what is given, itâs pretty straight forward. The metric bolts they supply are way too small though (my drawer head was too thick, I needed 40MM to reach). Not a big deal, cost me $2.50 for 5 bolts.All in all, I like it. Hope it lasts.

This fingerprint / Bluetooth lock works exactly as advertised. Up to 20 fingerprints can be registered and it syncs with the proposed app or Smart Life (I’m using Android – I didn’t test it with iPhone).You can unlock using a registered finger, the app or the provided emergency USB key.I purchased the metal one. It’s a lock of very good quality. I wouldn’t mind installing it on an expensive piece of furniture; it looks very nice.The advantage of using this fingerprint lock instead of a standard key lock is that sooner or later you’ll stop using the key or loose it and your drawer or cabinet will stay unlocked. The lock fingerprint reader is very fast and it doesn’t bother me at all while ensuring the drawer is always locked.

Only could get one fingerprint to stay, now it doesn’t work at all
I have added my fingerprint which works well still, but every time I add my wife’s after a couple of days it stops working for her. I’ve tried several times with multiple fingers and my finger is the only one that it will accept.Update: now my finger print doesn’t work either. This is the worst product I have purchased from Amazon.

I want to start off by saying that the negative reviews for this product are not justified. If you take 15 seconds to read the simple instructions, you will not have any issues.Below are some key takeaways:⢠Adding fingerprints is very easy. Even adding the initial admin fingerprint is a breeze.⢠The app does an amazing job of managing access to the device by allowing you to add/remove users as well as fingerprints per user.⢠The device does not have wifi so you can only remote connect to it via Bluetooth. The device also has to be awake for the app to connect to it which means someone needs to touch it. It would have been nice if it had wifi so that you could remote connect to it from anywhere.⢠Installing the entire device to a desk drawer requires a drill and takes around 10 minutes as you need to drill 3 holes and then attach 3 different pieces (sensor, lock, lockplate).Overall, this device exceeded my expectations. It took 10 minutes to install, and less than a minute to setup. The app is also very well designed and makes managing the security of the device a breeze.I highly recommend this product and will be purchasing many more for my home.
Nice little lock for the price
Instructions arenât great but once installed this little thing is great. Easy to manage thumb prints and users form the Tuya app. I installed this on a snacks cabinet to keep little fingers out at night.
I originally bought one to keep the kids out of my snacks cabinet in the kitchen. These work so good and the batteries last forever. I ended up buying a ton more to put all around the house. Fingerprint scan is super reliable and it takes about half a second. Way more convenient than a key combo lock.

Used it for wardrobe. Works well. Easy finger print setup. Could set up on app with some help from the manufacturer. Straight forward installation (done by a carpenter). We are planning to order more.
Physical installation is simple. However, learning to program in fingerprints and set up the Tuya Smart app isn’t so simple. Instructions are crappy.However…once you figure it out, it all works as advertised.1. When you’re starting, any fingerprint will unlock it because none is saved. Press and hold the fingerprint you want to become master. Hold the finger there for a several seconds until the green light is solid. Then once you get the full green, lift the fingerprint off the scanner. Note: if you keep holding your finger there for longer than this (with a ‘master’ fingerprint), you’ll reset all saved fingerprints.2. When you lift fingerprint from the reader, the light will turn to blue. You then touch the reader with your finger for half second and then lift the finger. A green light will flash once quickly to indicate a successful read. Tap a few more times just like this until a solid green comes on. Your print is now saved. This process is similar to setting up fingerprint unlocking for a smartphone.3. The first fingerprint is now your master. If you’ve followed the steps correctly, ONLY the saved fingerprint should open the lock. Check using other fingers that weren’t saved to be sure. You should get red light. If not, start over until you figure it all out.4. If only the saved/master fingerprints work, then you’re successful. Repeat this process using the master fingerprint to get the solid green, then entering additional fingerprints (on blue light) following the same steps. Save one fingerprint at a time.Note: only the first three prints are master prints that can authorize adding new users. Others are only regular users who can unlock only.
its easy to configure. but the mentioned App is not working…. so bluetooth mode is not working.
