Very Good.
For Sherlock Holmes fans
I could almost feel Sherlock getting impatient when I couldn’t solve one of these puzzles. Lol. Highly recommend
Lots of fun
Got it for my daughter that’s a big fan of Sherlock Holmes and solving mysteries, so she’s having a great time with this book.
great puzzles
this are good puzzles for Sherlock Holmes fans; coil-bound book is strong.
Warning: These are NOT puzzles. It’s sad to see such an abuse of the “Sherlock Holmes” brand.
Warning: These are NOT puzzles. They really didnât put much effort into this at all. Here are some examples of what youâll find inside: 1. A fill-in-the-blank quote straight from Conan Doyle. Itâs literally a paragraph from one of his novels with words missing from it. There is no logic game or anything to it. You either remember the quote or you donât. The missing words are not words that you might guess or that you could figure-out based on other words in the âpuzzleâ. Instead, theyâre people or place names, and the like. Completely random from a “puzzle” standpoint. Later, thereâs a variation on the same âpuzzleâ where there are multiple choice answers for the blanks. Again, puzzle-wise theyâre completely random, so you either remember the quote, or youâre just guessing. 2. A picture of a room with a caption telling you to study it carefully before turning the page. Why? Someoneâs hidden something in the room! When you turn the page, an obvious piece of furniture has been removed from the same picture and you have to answer whatâs missing. Thatâs it! No mystery. No story. No follow-up. 3. Some half-@ssed drawings of 8 fingerprints. You have to match-up the pairs. A âpuzzleâ if youâre 3, sure, but I didnât think that was the audience. 4. A cryptogram â another quote straight from Conan Doyle. No hints and not much space to write your answers. Itâs like they just printed it without giving a thought as to what it would be used for. Sadly, this was my favourite part. 5. A find-a-word with names of actors who have recently played Sherlock Holmes. Iâm super disappointed. This was a total waste of money, and itâs sad to see such an abuse of the âSherlock Holmesâ brand.

Just a regular puzzle book
The title is misleading. as others noted, this is just a regular puzzle book at an inflated price.

Looks great.
You don’t have to be a Sherlock Holmes fan to do well on most of these puzzles. Cryptograms, word searches, jumbles, memory games, and more provide a variety of brain games and there are MANY of them. The vocabulary is often challenging and they never get boring.
El contenido bastante bueno, solo estarÃa mejor que el material de la portada y contraportada sea más resistente, pero la persona que lo recibió quedó contenta.
Muito bom, de ótima encadernação, jogos variados, mas precisa de um pouquinho de inglês. Nada complicado. Não vi a hora passar. Recomendo.
Bought as a stocking filler.
Great for keeping my curious kiddo busy for hours!
