Reliable Results with Ease
I love these ear thermometers. I have had one at home since I had kids and they are my standard shower gift for expecting friends and family. Doctors use these. Hospitals use these. They are much more reliable than others. Love that it is so easy and fast to use. Price is excellent. The one I have at home is 25yrs old and still running strong. Great peace of mind for new parents.
One of the best home thermometers you can buy
I look for several things in a thermometer for my house, and recommending to others. Ease of use is important, as is the ergonomics, the availability of replacement tips (a major issue with some other brands!), speed of reading, but the major thing I look for is accuracy. This Braun Thermoscan satisfies all my requirements, both as a professional and as a home user. The design is clean and simple; taking a temperature on anyone (child through aged) is simple and fast (as long as you get the technique of pointing the device in the right place!), and it’s highly accurate.I compared the readings from this Braun to some very-high-level professional equipment and it was bang on to the 0.1C level. I’m impressed with this Thermoscan and highly recommend it. It isn’t the cheapest, but it is definitively one of thee best.
Can be used for adults and infants!
Easy to use, worked immediately. We got this to keep at our home while looking after our granddaughter. Non-invasive, she didn’t even blink when we tried it on her. Temperature displays very quickly.

Best thermometer for kids
Hi I have used same brand thermometer for more then 5 years and I would recommend this as you will get quick and accurate reading. When my kids have fever they donât have patience to wait so I prefer ear thermometer. Rather then spending 15 to 20 dollars for other cheap thermometers buy this one which will last long for you .
THE MOST ACCURATE
Okay okay, I’ve bought Braun thermometers before, specifically the Auxiliary (armpit) thermostats from Braun and they were all JUNK. BUT THIS BRAUN EAR THERMOMETER is the BEST THERMOMETER I HAVE EVER USED. The temperatures are very accurate and consistent and the included extra ear cups were a major plus. 1000% recommend.
