I was hoping to use these inside a bra, but they are much larger than expected (at least for smaller chested women). For reference I am normally a 32A, but probably a 34B as a BF mom. They will fully cover your breast though and I have no doubt the heat and cold therapy will work as any other hot/cold pack would. There is a cloth side with a velvet-y feel to it and a smooth side with a gel type feel. You can use either side with hot or cold therapy, but the cloth is probably more comfortable for heat. I got to a nice comfortable temperature with only 30 seconds in the microwave. Because of it’s size, it works perfect for me to sit wrapped around my neck. It’s lightweight and a really nice alternative to other heat packs I’ve put on my neck.Overall, very nice product and 10/10 recommend. Just be aware the size is not conducive to wearing in a bra for smaller chested women.
I love these so much, and they are super helpful but I wish they held heat a bit longer. Don’t get me wrong, I love them and they’re so soothing, but they don’t provide warmth very long before you have to warm them up again. They’re plenty soft and moldable with the perfect balance between weightless and just enough weight to help them stay in place/help the temperature penetrate better, they just lose heat very, very quickly. I’m not sure how they should fix that, but if they fix that they’ll have an amazing 5 out of 5 stars product, in my opinion.
These are great quality and a good size. I like to use them when I feel sore or like I might get a clogged duct. They freeze well and would make a great gift for any mom that is breastfeeding. I haven’t used them warmed yet but I plan to. They are super comfortable and also very flexible. Overall I would recommend these and plan to keep them in my breastfeeding supplies!

This product was received as part of a promotion. I got these for relief of sore breasts. They are larger than I expected, which is a good thing. I love that these can be used for hot or cold. I am a 44DD and these are still VERY generously sized. Iâm sure itâd be a little challenging for smaller chested women. However, I think itâd still be fine. One side is velvety-feeling & another side is gel-feeling. I think the gel side would feel better to me on the warm side & the velvety side would feel better to me on the cold side. I think these could be used on the wrist, etc. for hot/cold therapy.
