At BreathableBaby, safety is first, last, and everything in between. That’s why we have invested countless hours into medical and scientific research to make our products safer. We invented and perfected the breathable mesh liner. The original breathable mesh liner with millions sold since 2002.
3MM CLASSIC MESH WITH 85% LIGHT BLOCKING RATING: Constructed from 3 mm mesh with A.C.T. Air Channel Technology for unrestricted airflow. 100% polyester. 1″ (2.54 cm) trim on top and bottom. Machine washable.
FITS FULL-SIZE STYLES WITH A 52″ x 28″ (132 CM x 71 CM) MATTRESS: Install long 11″ x 111″ (28 cm x 282 cm) and short 11″ x 82″ (28 cm x 208 cm) panels to cover 4 sides or only the long panel to cover 3 sides. Do not use on solid end styles or mini cribs.
SAFETY TESTED & TRUSTED: From BreathableBaby, the original breathable mesh liner with millions sold since 2002. Independently tested for safety to comply with ASTM F1917 for infant bedding. Contains no added chemicals, flame retardants or formaldehyde.
HELPS KEEP ARMS AND LEGS SAFELY INSIDE WITHOUT THE RISK OF RESTRICTED AIRFLOW: A single layer of breathable mesh allows exhaled air to pass through the fabric and mitigates risks associated with padded “crib bumpers” (banned in the US in 2022).
EASY TO INSTALL: Adjusts to fit with hook and loop. Tuck the bottom fabric trim below the top edge of the mattress and secure all fastenings before use. Review instruction manual and installation video or contact customer care for assistance.

Great product! Would recommend
Was decently easy to set up in the crib. I appreciate the breathable aspect that way I do not have to worry about my daughter when sheâs moving around in her sleep.Fits nice and firm against the crib.I like the simple clean look as well.
Safe and good quality.
At first I was a bit puzzled on how to install this with our crib since the slats are a bit odd and some wider than others. But thankfully upon reading the detailed instructions included and following the video online I was able to install them with more ease. They work well for keeping tiny limbs out of slats. However my baby is strong and pushes them down at times and manages to get through. I wish they were a bit âtallerâ because once tucked in the side of the mattress they lose their height, so for older babies it doesnât provide as much safety from limbs getting in through the slats. Otherwise the mesh is breathable and the Velcro and ties make it easy to remove to wash or re adjust. Overall a good product, I think the price is fair as the mesh is not flimsy and is definitely made with safety of breath ability for our babies in mind.
Worked perfect!
Used this when we initially transferred our baby to her crib at 12 weeks. She loved being pressed up against the side of the bassinet so I was worried she would miss that comfort being in the crib. Easy to install and extremely breathable. I did end up taking it off because it kept drooping and annoying me when changing sheets, but it did the job well I needed it to.
Perfect!
Some reviewers have said that this was hard to install, but I found it very easy. It only took me a couple of minutes. Some reviewers have also said itâs hard to change the sheets. I also have not found this to be a problem. Itâs soft and breathable and works exactly as I hoped.
Perfect to keep babyâs limbs and soothers in the crib
Pros:- it prevents your sweet one from getting arms and legs stuck outside the crib;- itâs breathable, so no fear if baby happens to wiggle up against it while sleeping;- it has saved a few soothers from being tossed out of the crib;- it was easy to install (we read instructions once and installed in a couple minutes);- the white colour is nice and clean looking and neutral enough for most any décor.Cons:- changing the fitted mattress sheet takes longer once the bumper is installed (crib mattresses fit snugly for safety purposes, so each time you change the fitted sheet youâll need to do a little bit of maneuvering to evenly tuck the bumper slightly down the sides between the mattress and the crib). Not a big deal, just something to be aware of when using any bumper I suppose.Though itâs called a âbumperâ it doesnât provide much padding, it really just keeps limbs safely in the crib especially for squirmy babies. Overall Iâm really happy with this bumper because itâs breathable, looks nice, was easy to install, keeps soothers in the crib and prevents babyâs arms and legs from getting uncomfortably stuck during the night.I hope my review is useful to others 🙂
I would recommend this product to my new mom friends and will …
The bumper debate is huge in the baby world, and with much controversy I did my research and found this bumper to be the safest. It is very customizable and will fit most any crib, it can be tucked under some of the mattress to make sure it stays in place. Before installing it I gave it my very scientific ‘breath test’ and tried to smother myself with it placing it balled up in front of my mouth, and it passed. I installed it in less then 5 minutes and have been using it for over a year now with my little one. It keeps arms and legs in when they are really little and creates a more cozy atmosphere when they get a little older. Before we started using this bumper we would find our little one would flail about and get arms, legs and soothers on the other side of the crib rails, since using this he has not got his arms or legs stuck. For parents caught up in the bumper debate this is a very safe option and can even be weaved in an out of rails to create extra security against your little one bringing it in with them. The mesh is very breathable, I would recommend this product to my new mom friends and will trust it with my next baby
Do the job, kind of droopy
These are okay as far as mesh crib bumpers go, they fit around my crib and are functional. The top Edge only secures to your crib bars with ties made out of the silky material which are fine holding it in place but do not stay in place very well. So if baby lift their arm or leg and drops it on top of the mesh liner the mesh liner just gets pushed down and their arm or leg can still go through the crack. However it works as long as they don’t push the sides down. I will say these were really difficult to it initially install, the two short sides and the two long sides each have Velcro on each end and were all slightly too short for my crib, after many many attempts I eventually got it to fit skipping one hole where baby was left lonely to be
Safe if you have to buy bumpers, this is the one to get
These are a safe, easy to install and ideal purchase if you need bumpers for a specific reason. We bought these because my daughter constantly got her foot stuck in the bars starting around the time she could roll. It was like she was trying to do it. Overnight the problem stopped with the installation of these bumpers. I feel safe knowing that these are breathable, and in fact she regularly sleeps with her face near these now that she prefers sleeping on her side. The fasteners and design for these are good, although the baby likes to pull at these from the top they have never come loose or moved position at all. I don’t think that these bumpers would be suitable if the child bumps their head on the edge as they are not very cushioned. But for all types of bar-grabbing and limbs-getting-stuck problems these are awesome.
If this were a normal crib size it would be great. My kid loves to fling her binky out of the crib when she is sleeping and wakes up hunting for it so this seemed like a great solution. Installing it is near impossible as it is HUGE, I dont know what mega cribs this was made for but it is far too large on our standard size one. After so jimmy rigging, I got it to stay (kinda) and it does it’s job but it looks sloppy haha. but the binkies have stayed in the crib and we now have a kid who self soothes at night so a win is a win? albeit not an attractive win.
This is just as described! Gives piece of mind that babeâs arms/legs arenât getting stuck between the spindles! I do wish there was an alternative to the ties on top, as they do eventually slide down but it hasnât caused any issues so far!
I got these for my crib and they are pretty adjustable. They are soft and go on easy. They tie on and keep my babies arms and legs in which is what itâs supposed to do! Would recommend!
Fit the crib so well
My baby is a climber so if he sees something he can possibly step on and climb he will take the opportunity. The color was bright white. And the fabric was not soft at all. It felt like the rough part of the sponge. Personally I donât think it was worth the amount of money I spent.
