I actually purchased this because I needed a nice car shade to protect my baby’s eyes when I was driving the long distance. I would say it blocks enough sunlight to protect his eyes yet not hinder my view of the blind spot. It is extremely easy to install and I appreciate the hooks on top that clamp down onto the window so that it doesn’t accidentally fall down if the sunction cups fail. Because there is a retracting system, the bottom suction cup also doesn’t matter as much since it won’t automatically retract and become useless during the rest of the ride.Overall a great Brica product and would recommend

This is a great way to reduce heat and sunlight in eyes. Has been sturdy for us, button to roll up works well. Great size and easy to store in the car when not in use

Good but not great
This works to an extent but I donât find it filters enough sunlight. Itâs also much smaller than advertised. I have a smaller SUV and it only covers about half of the window

This is easy to install; simply clip the shade to the upper part of the window (rolled down slightly), roll it back up and unroll! The suction cup assists with securing the bottom part to the window as well. There is also a handy button at the top side of the roll that will roll the shade up easily.We havenât used in hot summer yet, but so far in spring itâs been useful! The only downfall is that it seems to be a lighter shade so some light still filters through but doesnât seem to bother our baby! All in all, a good product.

I tried two other sunshades before this and FINALLY. A shade I donât have to constantly fix!!! The suctions stay in place like a charm and the shade is perfect. The size covers enough of the window to block all sun. Highly recommend.
Iâve had these for a few months and they are working well. My 4 year old can operate his independently as he needs shade. The suction cups hold pretty well as long as they are moistened before sticking.

This is a great sunshade. The only wish I have, is that it was a little wider. For my Chevy SUV, it does the job, but doesn’t cover a large portion of the window. The only issue we have is user related. Sometimes it is hard to remember not to roll that back window down, even a crack. If that happens, we just have to readhere the suction cup. Overall, it has made my baby less upset about driving in the car when it’s very sunny. Someone mentioned in their review that they didn’t think the white hot alert worked, but it certainly does! I don’t know that it really does much other than to warn parents that it is a good idea to open the windows and not leave child inside for long . Overall,i am very happy with this product.
I purchased these to use for my newborn. They work great and I have never had any problems with them. These fit the rear windows of my Volvo XC60 perfectly. They were easy to install and easily go up and down. However, they do decrease visibility while changing lanes in traffic. My daughter also likes to look out the window, so I usually leave these rolled up unless the sun is really bothersome. The price is great, so itâs worth it to have these in case you need them.
I use this on my driver’s side window in a Semi truck. It keeps the sun off me, and my arm. If I need to see better or it starts to get dark out, one push of the button winds the whole thing up out of the way. The suction cups hold it just fine, but if they ever stop, there are hooks that go over the window glass. It still rolled up with no issue using those too.
