It tastes awful , but it works. Lasts about 3 hrs but doesn’t make you drowsy or tired. One of the best for congestion and runny nose.

Great product that actually does what it says it will do. One suggestion if you find it literally takes your breath away, is to mix it with just a little water. Doesn’t really change the taste, but does help it go down a little better.

Got my nose cleared up immediately, the only thing it tastes like pee that been sitting in a bottle for a week.

I remember this growing up in St.Thomas Virgin Islands. ð»ð®Same strong taste, gets the job done! No need for over the counter, only complaint is the bottle has gotten SMALLER, but the price sure did go up. Smh
