Missing and important piece
Two D pieces were sent, while the F was missing. The manufacturer says ‘ Talk to Amazon’, Amazon says ‘Talk to manufacturer”. No one will help, so the rack is useless.

Purchased this to replace a tension line drying rack that finally bit the dust. Priorities I had were rack width, multi rod, mobile, and free ends to either add extra space or modify otherwise for larger items. Beyond happy this purchase. Its sturdy and has minimal shifting compared to a single rod or the pop up drying racks. Its wheels all have locks that are good enough for home uses and the bearings are more than adequately pregreased and can easily be regreased if necessary. The rods are a stable size and work with hanging clips and hangers of many variety. And when not in use the empty rack stores the same as any of this nature but i found works best as a dual purpose drying and closet rack for me. Easy 30 min assembly with included instructions that are also color coded and parts come in labeled packaging.
I wanted a rack to hang certain clothes that I wear often or clothes that I forget in my closet. Assembly took 1 to 1.5 hours. Itâs not hard to put together, but itâs time consuming due to all the screws. I thought it would be flimsy when I was putting it together. However, itâs pretty sturdy. It seems like youâll be able to fit a lot of clothing on both racks as well. Great rack for the price and modern. No complaints as of yet!UPDATE: There should be more room between the racks to alleviate the clothes from hitting each other and looking bunched up. It could be my ocd, but itâs an observation of mine. Still a decent rack.
