Chew Stixx when used properly provide a safe and bacteria free alternative for children who chew on shirts, pencils, fingers, ETC. Chew Stixx combines multiple food simulating textures into one cost effective device. Due to the alternating textures of this product, it is an excellent chewable hand fidget for children craving sensory input, and the input received from destructive oral motor grinding. The textures of this product were designed by therapists to simulate the ever changing textures of food, therefore assisting with children who have sensory issues when certain textures are placed in their mouth. Chew Stixx is an oral motor device and not a toy. Use of this product should be supervised by an adult or therapist at all times. Product is extremely durable but should be replaced at first sign of wear. All materials and colors are FDA approved.

Recently purchased this and one of the Chew Stixx X-shaped tube to mitigate the destruction of my pens, straws, and just about anything else plastic that I own, by my constant need to chew on something. I am in my 20s, and was going through multiple packs of gum each week at work, and destroying office supplies constantly, and I wondered if a product like an “adult chew toy” existed. Lo and behold I saw this, read reviews on Amazon.com, and decided to give it a try. It has met or exceeded all of my expectations in terms of durability, and quality.It holds up incredibly well to my aggressive chewing throughout the workday, and is a lot better than chewing on pen caps and going through bulk quantities of gum. I will be buying again, once these ones wear out.

Sturdy and good size for holding
This is a good size for holding in one hand and getting in a good chew while sitting down for homework or television. So far, it has lasted pretty well. It’s obviously not as portable or discrete as some other chew items, but it is big enough that it hasn’t gotten lost.
Not sure I even got the XL oneâ¦
The photos are after a few hours of my son having this chewy. We used to buy these when they were much cheaper, one would last about 2 weeks. Then they started lasting less time, I realized I was selecting the less durable ones, but even when it says XL they only last a week now, And at least 22 bucks per piece this is getting way to expensive. These are not the Sensory University ones, they are knock offs now. They used to be better.

Bought this for a child with spd. They used to chew their fingers to the point of ripping skin but since using this stick they’ve stopped.Also coincidence or not, they’ve also started chewing a lot better.

This product is fabulous. It is solid no hole like others. My son is a very aggressive chewer and this so far is lasting much longer than other chew toys we have purchased. Company is easy to work with. As my order didnât arrive. Due to a postal strike here. So they reshipped another order. Stated that if the original order shows up. To keep it for the inconvenience. I will defined be purchasing more!
Overall good value
This is a durable chewy for sensory seeking chewers that have destroyed other chewys, however, not as easy to grasp as some other choices and often lands on the floor. Its durable but too large for some chewers

These are one of the only chewies that last longer than a week in our house. My son is 5 and a very active chewer. We tried taking them away but he began chewing through all of his shirt collars and sucking his thumb. This is by far the best alternative that we have found for him. Highly recommend this. It is in fact blue although the picture shows red just in case that matters to your child.
He really didn’t take much interest in it.
