The lip at the front isn’t high enough to stop pee from coming out when my son uses it. It would probably work just fine for girls, but I don’t recommend if you have a son.

Our toddler approved
Really happy with our purchase. We found this to be the perfect height for our 2 year old daughter. She loves to be independent and will use this potty on her own. She can easily pick this up and move it if she needs to. She prefers it to another one we picked up at ikea. She may sit on it for extended periods and doesnât seem to be bothered by it. Tray easily pulls out to allow for cleaning. Would purchase again (if needed).

Not for potty training boys
This product is not meant to potty train boys. The splash guard isnt tall enough to catch the urine. Also, the white tray that comes out (in order to empty the contents) is positioned in a way where the gap between the small tray and the seat is right where a boy would pee. This causes the urine to splash out of the seat as well as get in between the cracks and spill on the floor.I had to buy another potty seat because this causes urine to go everywhere every single time.If you are potty training a girl, this product is for you but if you are potty training a boy then donât buy it.
