I bought this camera solely because I had the option of using the provided monitor or the app on my phone and it came with two cameras.I am unable to connect either app to my phone. The light doesn’t do anything as they say it should and there is no announcement of “connecting” or anything. Just a weird noise and then nothing.I have reached out to customer service via chat in which case they tell me troubleshooting and then close the chat because I’ve been away too long… Ya know… Doing the troubleshooting they provided. And then they start the process over and it’s an endless loop of nothing getting accomplished. I also reached out via email and was once again given troubleshooting ideas and never heard from them again.Plus, one camera seems to have crappy quality.I purchased these in March and plugged them in quickly to see that everything turned on, but I didn’t have my baby until August 2023 so well past return timeframe. I believe the cameras are defective given they don’t do the voice prompts but make an odd noise instead. Replacements would be great!I can attach pictures/video later on to show concerns.
I used this to monitor my wife. Works great. She has parkinson and dementia. It works great.
Got this for our older daughter (9yrs old) because we moved into a house where the master bedroom is on the first floor and the other bedrooms are on the second. She was a little nervous about being upstairs by herself. It worked great. One day my puppy ate the screen. Called the company to see about a new screen. They were SUPER helpful and quick. They are sending me a new one. These people ROCK!!!!
The camera overall is nice, it has a great picture and the sound works great. Cons are the camera doesn’t move/adjust with the monitor arrows and the monitor does not stay charged at all. It needs to be charged about a half hour after taking off the charger. Annoying but not deal breakers
I compared several monitors when shopping to replace our last set. I have a small home daycare so it is essential for me to be able to see and hear the children while they are sleeping. I like this product because it allows me to see and hear four different rooms and know that the kids are safely sleeping. It works well in the dark and I can hear every little sound that the kids make. Itâs easy to set up and the battery on the unit lasts a decent amount of time before needing charging again. I also appreciated the fair price.
