We love this product. We use it every night and i have noticed a difference in how long it takes to fall asleep and also that im waking up a lot less in the night. It is very calming and relaxing. I tried using melatonin and really didn’t like the way it made me feel, so so glad i tried this. We’ll be ordering more for other family members who have complained about not being able to fall asleep or relax before bed. I love that it is vegan and cruelty free.

Doesnt Work for me.
Smells lovely.
It really smells lovely, but be honest I still have to take a pill to fall asleep. The true is that lately I sleep all night which I never did before, but I also started taking magnesium, so I really donât know, I really canât say which one is working . Perhaps both combined together .I was expecting that thereâs going to be more of cream for that price, but itâs actually only a little smear needed, so hopefully it will last a long time.

I cannot give this product an honest rating now. I am going to wait a few more days to see if it can help me.

I was so excited to receive this product, but on the first use it smells like it has gone rancid.
It works!
Fabulous find. I like natural products that help can me for a longer/deeper rest and was skeptical about this balm but it really does help. I donât like maleronin and sedatives because of their habit forming risks and grogginess. If that sounds like you, give this balm a try!

Compre este ungüento de regalo a mi mamá y le encantó! Ya van varias veces que lo pedimos. Ella lo usa para antes de dormir y en las piernas para relajarlas después de un dÃa intenso de trabajo. Muy recomendable! Lo seguiremos comprando!
El olorcito es agradable, pero tanto como que te ayude a dormir…….q va, al menos a mà no me funciona
I bought this because I thought it would at least smell nice, not really expecting it to have any effect on my erratic sleeping patterns. It actually seems to work. I rub it onto my temples and fall into a deep sleep. It’s worth a try if you have trouble falling or staying asleep.
