This headband is made for bilateral cochlear implant users but can also be adjusted to be for unilateral cochlear implant users. Don’t want to use the headband but want to use the floating necklace? You can do that as well by connecting the clasps directly to the cochlear implants. This is really a one stop shop for retaining your cochlear implants.
