I love the white rectangular pads that come with the green bags. No need to use garbage bags or smell good scents.Green bags have no scents in them. However the white rectangular quilted paper sheets are the only scented quilted paper you should need. Place green bag into your commode and take sides of bag to surround the top on the inside of commode. Then take 1 quilted pad out of box and place on the bottom of commode inside the bag. The pad has a scented area and the inside of bag will absorb the urine and fecal matter getting rid of the awful odor. To me it’s worth the money to buy the commode liners because the pads are included with the bags. There’s lots of durability when the pad have soaked up the liquid. The bags are about 1/4 the size of a kitchen garbage bag, and can hold as much as a garbage bag can at that size. The green bag is thicker than a plastic garbage bag. And has ties that can be closed. The function of this kit is to hold and carry contents away from the commode to place in your outside garbage can without falling apart on floor in the house. Bag is sturdy enough for your household garbage just in case you run out of garbage bags. Keep bags away from small children and pets. They can smother themselves.
I purchased these JOCCIK commode liners hoping to receive a product that (1) seals in the smell of urine and feces and (2) does not leak. I got what I expected, and more. These liners have a nice mild scent that I appreciate. I used these in the portable commode, and these really do lock in smell, and the included absorbent pad performs well. I also use these liners and an absorbent pad when discarding soiled briefs and booster pads. I place an absorbent pad in the soiled brief over the absorbent gel core / center, roll that up to close, and place it into the commode liner bag. Overnight, I can wrap numerous briefs and booster pads and place into the same bag with no smell!!!!! Then in the morning, just discard the one bag containing multiple wrapped briefs and booster pads. I appreciate the packaging, as well. Liners are easy to dispense, and absorbent pads are sealed in a bag. The storage box is sturdy. This product comes with absorbent pads, but if you are like me and you want to also use absorbent pads to discard multiple briefs overnight, you can do what I did, purchase extra Hathaway Super Absorbent Commode Pads from the Amazon JOCCIK store.
These are easy to use, smell great and absorb the mess for easier cleaning. If you do not like cleaning out the bedside commode, I highly recommend these.
The liners really do soak up a lot and work well. The bags are slightly scented so that helps. Sturdy bag, no messes, no issues.
I’m recovering from a fractured femur in two places right leg. And was non weight-bearing for 14 weeks. Theses porta potty bags for a lifesaver. No one likes to talk about porta potty bags. But when you really need them this is a good brand. The plastic they’re made from is sturdy they do not leak and come with two bags of liners enough for all of the bags in the box. to use inside of the plastic bags. Which is very good because after reviewing many bags. On Amazon there are some that do not provide the liners. These liners soak up the contents very well therefore making it easier to dispose of the contents.
