This hat worked very well for my 5 month old on a recent trip. The adjustable cinch on the back of the hat is sure to help this hat last for many years. Iâm thankful for a quality, cute and functional hat that protects baby skin from the sun! The brim is large enough to cover the back of the neck as well as all around. Having the velcro strap is a nice add, too.
I never thought I’d write a review for a toddler hat but here I am! We are an outdoor family and I’ve owned several hats for babies and toddlers by now… This is hands down the best!I love that the fabric is super breathable for hot days. There is venting on the sides so they get a little bit of air. I like that the chin strap is adjustable to fit the size of the child. You can also fold the chin strap upwards so it’s not showing at all. The brim of the hat is wide enough to actually protect them from the sun. We own the navy blue and the khaki, they are super cute and go with lots of his outfits. I think my son also likes this because it’s easy for him to put on by himself with just the velcro strap. I also like this hat because we go boating and a regular ball cap would just fly off in the wind. Whereas this one fits his head nicely and the chin strap prevents it from flying away in the wind. There’s also an elastic band that goes around the circumference of the head that you can tighten or loosen to your liking.Overall this is a great hat and I’m definitely going to purchase more as my son grows.

Good sun protection
We were looking for a hat for our 2-year-old that matches his dad’s. This is the one. It is good quality and a good size. I like that it has functional mesh around the head to allow airflow one a hot day when our kiddo might otherwise refuse the hat because it is too hot on his head.It is size adjustable around the head, which is a great feature for a child’s hat! It looks just like the image.The only downside is the Velcro chin strap. It limits size adjusting and picks up all sorts of lint. But, that is simply a preference rather than a flaw in the product.
