Its great, but not made for everyone
The pillow works great for my wife, it goes in and out easily in her hand and stays comfortably without riding up and down her sleeve. For me on the other hand, this is extremely tight on my hand and really uncomfortable too (I am 6ft and 230lbs). Just to point keep in mind before buying it.

this feeding pillow is wonderful, I didnât expect it to work so great for me, but it did. It is so so easy to feed my baby with it now instead of using a bulky breast-feeding pillow. it is so easy to put on and put off it gives a nice cushion to my babies head. It fits in my arms nicely without it being too loose or too tight.
