Had a lumpectomy and lymph node biopsy. These ice packs kept me comfortable during my recovery. Helped with the pain and swelling. Take them out of the freezer put them in covers and give them a minute or two so the aren’t rock hard. Very comfortable.
I am enjoying these clay hot/cold packs, mainly for the heating feature prior to nursing. It helps let the milk down, makes nursing easier for baby and more comfortable for mommy, and it creates warmth and coziness for baby to lay against the breast. I rotate the clay packs with my gel breast packs, which I prefer to use cold from the freezer post-nursing, to reduce irritation and inflammation. I do need to microwave the clay packs for a few more seconds longer than recommended, in order to get them warm enough to work and penetrate my breasts. I find that the clay packs tend to retain their heat longer than when I was warming the gel packs. This clay breast pack set comes beautifully packaged with thoughtful details and a wonderful presentation. Any breastfeeding Mama knows that having clogs are absolutely no fun and incredibly painful. And once its there there really isn’t a ton you can do other than to add heat and massage in order to loosen up the fat in the milk.These are perfect for adding comfort to the clogs. This can work either as a cold press or a hot pad. I personally have only used it for hot. And it feels DEVINE. I love how this fits perfectly over my chest area without it really slipping and falling off. This has provided immense relief. I have no idea how I lived this long of my breastfeeding journey without having these in the past. Now that I have used these there is no going back. Love it. Highly Highly recommend if you get clogs like I do.
This is a must have while nursing. I like that I can switch between using as an ice pack or a heating pad. The covers are soft and durable. The bag is an added bonus to keep them together and not losing one. The quality is great. They stayed warm for a decent amount of time, and gave me a bit of relief.
These were so help with the engorgement phase. They are quick like heating packs that go right next to the breast and really helped with let down. Very nice to have for the winter seasons. Perfect fit ! Just put in and fit great in sports bra. Easy to use
