Affordable and competitive alternative to the slumberpod
Min 90% or more blackout depending on the light in the room. It’s definitely dark in the tent. The pocket for the monitor is on the top so that is great. It does get a bit stuffy in it (not hot) but not unbearably stuffy. A small floor or even a office desk fan just to keep the air moving would solve that. Fits over our cosco pack in play very well. Loads of room for baby to stand up too. Easy to set up and when folded it’s small enough to fit in carry on luggage depending on your bag and the airline.
**update after returning /Pole broken after one use
**update/ i was able to return it once I figured out how to connect with a person in Amazon.One pole was broken after one use. But only found out the second time Intried to assemble. The pole cant bend. For the price of this product is very disappointing. On top of that it seems i can’t have any support either from amazon or the company selling or they make it really difficult. Im posting this review in hopes someone will contact meto solve the issue and maybe get a new pole.
Prompt customer service
When I first went to set this up, one of the poles snapped. I immediately sent the seller a picture and they got back to me super promptly. Right away they shipped me a replacement product, and were super easy to work with/communicate with. We had no issues the next time we went to set it up, and it worked really well for our little guy. I felt like it was sufficiently blackout for the room he was in while we were staying in a trailer. We will definitely use it again for situations where the room isnât as dark as weâd like! I found it hard to set up by myself, but it was fairly easy when my husband and I did it together. The poles are quite long, so itâs just a bit awkward to do with one person. I liked that thereâs the mesh pocket on top as well for the camera and his sound machine!
Just as good as the original
BUY THIS INSTEAD OF THE NAMEBRAND PRODUCT. This sleep tent is just as good as the original, for half the price. I highly recommend purchasing this product if you are travelling with a baby anytime soon. No need to worry about carrying black out shades with you or being super careful about turning on lights when sharing the same room with baby.The tent is very easy to assemble (after you figure it out the first time) and the material feels nice and thick and well made. Highly recommend
Poles snapped during set up
Wanted to try this one before spending the extra money on the brand name. The poles snapped during set up the first time and there was no way to fix it. Seller returned the item no issues so thatâs why it gets 2 stars but ended up needing to purchase the brand name. In comparison, you can tell the difference in quality and how the poles are bent to support the structure in the higher price point one versus this one
Run donât walk to buy this!
I got this for a longish visit at my parents. Its so amazing, I actually have to wake my son up. Its so dark. I 10/10 would buy again. I love this product.
Tent poles donât attach/ break
UPDATE: I bought another one, it came in good condition! Wake up on the 5th night on vacation.. the SAME pole broke! It wasnât even touched!! Now I have to return again. Definitely not repurchasing..I need this for vacation next week, good thing I tested it.. since the poles donât go together and the tent doesnât go up properly. Very disappointing

Although I have not personally seen some of the more expensive brands, this one seems great to me for the price. 90% black out, easy to assemble, baby doesnt mind it,I wish there was something to attach the baby camera to. Other than that, I am happy!
This was easy to install and use on a standard pack and play just know that it does not work on the elongated more rectangular shape of a side sleeper pack and play.
