Doesnât work once theyâre older
I got the camera as a baby shower gift and then ordered this sleep sensor pad off of their website. I get a no movement alert every couple of minutes, which makes it impossible to sleep. I spent weeks messaging support back and forth. First they told me itâs because of my mattress materials, which didnât make sense because the pad worked for 3 months before giving me the false alerts. Finally they ended up saying that once baby can roll and move that the pad canât track the movements properly. So basically once baby can roll and move around itâs useless. Iâm so frustrated I spent this much money to only be able to use it until she was 5 months old, and customer support was less than helpful. They should add into their product description that this pad doesnât work properly once baby can move. Donât waste your money.
I know, babies should sleep on their back. But start from 4mo, a lot little ones start to sleep on their stomach. In general, it’s fine if the flip over by themselves. Tho you want to flip them back sometimes, you cannot do that all the time.So when they are sleeping on their stomach, this thing give you a peace of mind. You at least are sure about that they are still breathing lol. Unlike some wearable products, it’s not that accurate. 22 micro motions/min means nothing. It has nothing to do with pulsing or breathing. But you at least know that your baby is doing OK. But you don’t need to worry about taking on and off these wearable products. Especially my baby has eczema, I don’t want to add extra stuff on his skin.And, the battery, yes, it does not have built in battery, but, I’ve been using it for over 20 days, it’s still working fine. The app shows you battery level as well. So if I need to replace battery every month, I’m fine with it.

We ended up not using the monitoring pad at all due to concerns about our babyâs comfort and safety. When placed in the crib, the pad creates a noticeable bulge in the middle of the mattress, which looks uncomfortable and could even pose a risk for a babyâs developing back.For any new parent, safety and comfort are top priorities, and unfortunately, this pad falls short in both areas. I would not recommend it â there are safer, more comfortable options available
Set up the product and tested it. Also had contact with very responsive and helpful CS.Let’s see how daily usage goes but so far so good…
