Shrink wrapped….terrible presentation
The bear came shrink wrapped. No instructions on how to make him look cute and cuddly. Great for shipping but not for presentation. I left the bear out and he still looks disheavelled and like it was a forgotten bear at a yard sale.

The item I received is not the same quality as the item pictured. It can vacuum packed and so squished. Backing from embroidery on the nose hanging off of it. This was supposed to be a part of my daughterâs birthday present and I canât even gift it to her. Disappointing
