Very sturdy and silent!
I wanted to install a hammock chair to read inside my house. Those swing hooks are just what I needed! In fact, I used one for the hammock chair for me and another one for a sensory swing for my kid. They are very sturdy! I’m over 200lbs and it feels very sturdy. It’s not noisy at all (Even though we don’t use them to actually swing, they are still moving around. For an installation inside the house, just make sure you don’t screw them only in the wall, you need to screw it in a stud. The weakest point of that installation will be your roof / structure and not the hooks themselves!
