This toy is of poor quality. And a safety risk. No touch sensor buttons. No on off switch for the battery. Toy worked sporadically and the music sounded tin like and echoed. Could not remove the battery case and use as a stuffed toy without cutting wires. Even then the wires could not be removed as they were sewed into the seams. Horrible and unsafe product.

My baby will be deaf after playing with this toy. Hard to get the battery compartment out and so far only know there’s only one volume level and it’s so loud. Not cute not gentle just loud. The worst. Not worth $40 Canadian.

Soft, colorful and cute. We adore this little crabby addition to our family. We are minimalistic with our baby’s toys and, after carefully screening other choices, are very happy with this musical moving doll.
As others said, it was a real challenge to insert the batteries. I stuck with it and was pleased when the music started, and then, nothing. It didn’t move at all. It’s a nice toy but needs to be of higher quality, both in battery access and performance. I chose a refund instead of a replacement.
This toy is definitely adorable and of good quality. It makes an excellent gift for a small child, looking more expensive than it is. I would have given it 4 stars, but it was very difficult to get the battery case out to put batteries in it. I understand the safety of this, especially in toys for little ones, but it was almost too difficult for adults.
This was a gift and would purchase again for a gift.
There is no way to put the batteries in this thing. The case for the batteries is very difficult to get to on the underside with the cover covering most of it. When I could finally reach the screw to unscrew it and take it out I found that the battery pack cover did not come off because the casing was sewn into the body of the toy. I ended up throwing it away.
