These are in every bath I take! Relaxing and really helps with minor aches and pains. I add a few drops of my favorite essential oil to a cup full and it is a healthy alternative to bath soaks with chemical fragrance..
My acupuncturist recommended flakes so I purchased some at a health food store and it was just too expensive and not much in it. When itâs recommended to use a cup or more it goes quick! I was so pumped to find this and really have been enjoying it!

I love these magnesium flakes for several reasons:+ they dissolve in bath water much easier than epsom salts.+ this form of magnesium is easily absorbed as you soak, which is a great way to detox.+ itâs easy to add essential oils to the flakes to make your soak specific to your needs.The only negative was that the price point was higher than traditional Epson salts. Personally, I feel that these are worth the price, and I highly recommend.
