Strong smell but it does the job. Love the cool sensation as you rub it in. Gets rid of my pain so I can sleep. Happy with my purchase.

I do lots of sport, tennis, bike.The product is like a gel type not cream, it is very easy to put, and you can feel the heat appeasing the sore muscle, it is not sticky or anything, you can smell the good menthol.I have used others products but this one does the job for a reasonable price.
Itâs ok, but not supergreat
I suffer from chronic osteoarthritis in my knees, maybe soon to have surgery. I use this product more that 10 times a day to help sooth the burning pain I get in my knees. I think it helps a little. The menthol ingredient gives me an instant cooling effect, whether it penetrates to the sore area I am very doubtful. Itâs definitely worth its value. A friend of mind uses this as well, he is in construction and he says it helps his sore muscles at end of day. I would recommend to anyone to give it a try.
