Perfect Waterproof Blanket for Taking Baby to the Park
I actually paid full price for this item and absolutely love it!I got the large size which is the perfect size for me to fully lay out if I wanted to, with at least 2 or three of my buddies. But I got it for taking my baby to the park, and it was the perfect blanket to use for that purpose. I’ve even brought it to baby sing-a-long circle groups in the park before and it’s big enough to hold myself, my partner, my baby and my diaper bag without feeling the least bit squished, but at the same time, it wasn’t so obnoxiously big that we took up too much room in the circle group.Even with it’s generous size, the blanket is still easy for my short self to fold up on my own and get back into it’s pouch without any strugge.In terms of the material, right off the bat, it felt super soft coming out of the pouch, which is lovely against gentle baby skin. It also has a luxurious weight to it which screams quality, and it’s sewn perfectly without any loose threads. The design colors are vivid and beautiful, exactly as shown in the images, and overall I would say it looks like it will last a lifetime.I got the Blue Waves design which photographs incredibly well, adding lots of vibrancy and life to my pictures without being too busy and overwhelming. And with a new baby, you better believe I took a TON of photos with this blanket in the background.I’ve tested it on muddy grass and I can say that it is absolutely waterproof because we didn’t get even a little bit damp, although we could still feel the coolness of the ground through the blanket on cooler days, so bring an extra little blanket if it’s chilly out.I am so grateful to this blanket for all the amazing memories it allowed me to have with my baby this past Spring/Summer, it was worth every penny.

Good quality for price
Really nice blanket, looks just like the picture, I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it. The largest size is perfect for my family with 2 small kids. Folds easily enough to put back into the bag.One star off because it stains easily and the stains don’t come off in the wash. Doesn’t bother me though, I would still buy it again.

I’ll admit, being Albertan and it not being particularly warm at the moment, there was a distinct lack of beach with which to use it. However, it’s been really nice when the nice days have come to just set out in the back yard while I work off the wifi, or use as a pic-a-nic blanket.First off… it’s HUGE. But, it comes with this really nice like draw-bag that matches the pattern, and easily contains it for convenient transportation, so even with my cramped situation indoors (one reason I so like the option of being outside where possible) it is really compact. It’s just a bit larger than the sort of package you get sheeting/bedspread sets in at different common home furniture places.In terms of the quality, it’s really nice – time will be the test of if it bleaches or not, but preliminarily the stitching is solid, it’s able to withstand direct concentrated dihydrogen monoxide, and it has that sort of smooth texture that even with grass has made it very easy to just shake out and tuck back in the bag.An item of sure utility if you’re an outdoorsy type, and a great option for dates or family outdoor time. Keep your food off the ground, and the colours are super vibrant too, so it looks nice as well.Overall, it exudes quality – and I think that recommends it highly for any blanket-based tasks. I even used it as an improvised tarp when we got some of that wonderfully indecisive snowfall, courtesy of mother nature being senile this time of year!My full caveat here, not that I have any expectation I’ll be writing differently in a month or two: it’s still the very indecisive spring weather here on the prairies, so I have not had extensive opportunity to use it as a test of things like wear and tear. Purchased for use at the beach the large size is good will fit 2 people comfortably. Not to thin It is soft on one side that is also sandproof and waterproof the backing is also waterproof & sand proof. I specifically purchased for beach use which is working out perfectly for this use but perfect for picnics also. Well made and easy to clean great price for the quality of the product
Verhält sich bei Sand nicht anders als ein normales Handtuch obwohl damit geworben wird. Sieht schick aus und ist schön groà aber eher was für den Garten. Dafür doch recht teuer da tut es auch eine normale Picknickdecke.

Finalmente con la prima uscita in spiaggia ho potuto testarlo anche con la sabbia.Già si intuiva dalla qualità del materiale che avrebbe superato la prova.Sul prato era già ottimo, non passava l’umidità del terreno, ma mi mancava il test “sabbia”, che ha brillantemente superato nel weekend appena trascorso al mare.Oltre le dimensioni generose, che ospitano comodamente una coppia, e i colori molto belli, con motivi fantasiosi ma non pacchiani, la sabbia che inevitabilmente va sopra non si ferma, basta una passata con la mano.Al momento di andare via era più la sabbia sul lato superiore che quella nel lato inferiore, quello d’appoggio. Sufficiente una sbattuta per togliere i pochi residui e ripiegare e riporre il tutto nel suo sacchetto.Direi un’ottimo plaid da pic-nic, comodo, leggero, pratico, bello, resistente. Prezzo altino ma lo vale.
