Very nice product. My baby has not used it yet
Exactly what it says. The shipment is faster than expected. Very nice product. My baby has not used it yet, but she has an old one. I will use this soon for her to try and make another feedback. 🙂

good
My granddaughter loves these bottles. My daughter was returning to work and needed to get the baby used to taking a bottle. She started with the bottles that came with her Medela Breast Pump but the milk came out of the nipple too fast and caused the baby to choke. She also had some of these bottles and decided to give them a try. They did work a lot better but the nipples that came with the bottles (size 1) were still too fast. We ordered the preemie Dr. Brown’s nipples and they work perfectly. They make the baby work harder when feeding – more like breast feeding – and she has had no problem going back and forth from breast to bottle (we have been using this system for about 8 weeks now). I do burp her half way through each bottle and at the end. She has had no issues with gas or choking with these bottles. I thought what a gimmick when I first saw these bottles, but they really work. They do take a little extra effort to clean – but the brush is included and DO USE IT to clean inside the tube and the adapter that fits at the top of the tube – especially the white adapter thingy as you cannot see inside it and using the brush and occasional boiling is probably the only way to know they are totally clean and sanitary. It isn’t that big a deal.Don’t know when we will change nipple size from preemie to 1 but we are not going to mess with a system that is working. My daughter has these bottles in blue but I wanted to pink ones – they work the same but are a lot cuter for a girl and any grandma will tell you “only the best for our grandbabies”.
We love dr brown bottles. Great for colic gassy babies
Dr. Brown’s are a must-try for infants. We used them with our first child and definitely noticed he was less gassy compared to other brands. They are a bit more annoying as there are more pieces to clean and it takes up more room in the dishwasher (and sterilizer), but well worth it for a less cranky baby. With our second child, which this set was for, she has recently stopped accepting the bottles as easily as she did in the first 2 months. We tried the wider nipple base of another brand and she is back to drinking from bottle if needed. I definitely plan to go back to Dr. Browns when she is out of this phase though.
We had to introduce formula pretty early to both of our babies, and with formula came tummy troubles from swallowing air bubbles that appeared in the bottle from mixing. These Dr. Brown’s bottles have a vent system that helps baby swallow less air and thus reduces colic, gas and fussiness. And what can I say – they worked perfectly for us!Yes, there are a lot of pieces: the bottle, vent, vent insert, nipple ring and nipple. Luckily, all these pieces are dishwasher safe. I have to admit, as a paranoid, first-time Mom, I hand-washed all the pieces, which took up SO MUCH TIME! We put everything in the dishwasher from the very beginning with my second baby, and – surprise – she turned out just fine. I replace the nipples every 3 months or so – Dr. Brown’s sells nipples in various sizes depending on how old your baby is.We’ve used these bottles with two babies now (a total of 2 years), and they’re still in great shape! I love the pink color. As mentioned in other reviews, the markings on the bottles are clear, so sometimes it can be hard to see the measurements, but this has never really bothered me – just hold them up into the light and it’ll be easier to see them. The only thing I don’t love about these bottles is the fact that the lid doesn’t fit snug onto the nipple, which results in leaks – when transporting full bottles with a lid, the bottle ALWAYS has to stay upright, because if it doesn’t, formula will spill out of the bottle. We’ve had this happen numerous times, and it’s frustrating. Rather than trying to always keep the bottle upright, we’ve actually started using Dr. Brown’s bottle caps (which are available on Amazon as well) directly on the full bottles. Yes, it means you’ll have to carry around an extra baggie with the vent, vent insert and nipple, but honestly – having a happy baby with no tummy troubles is totally worth it! The bottle caps are also really useful for mixing formula in the bottles, especially when you get to the point where you’re making full 4oz bottles.I know every baby is different, and what works for one doesn’t necessarily work for the other. If your baby is drinking formula and dealing with tummy troubles though, it’s definitely worth trying these bottles – they just might be the miracle cure you’re looking for!
Dr. Brown bottles are 100% the best bottles on the market and I hate that I didn’t buy them first. At first I went with the 4oz Avent bottles because they have less parts to clean but they did not help whatsoever with my twins gassiness, reflux, fussiness. So I decided to give dr. Brown’s a try and BOY it made a WORLD of a difference!! I threw out those worthless Avent bottles. Having to wash extra parts is definitely worth it in the end. It helps with everything, from: gass, colic, reflux, fussiness…the list goes on. I used the 4oz bottles till the twins were about 4 months old then bought 8oz dr. Browns bottles. These bottles are extremely durable and last forever. They withstood I sanitizing method which was putting them in boiling water on the stove & none of the parts melted or lost their shapes. The only thing is, make sure you clean every hole & crevice thoroughly. Take the bottles completely apart and rise them out before letting them sit in the sink before washing. If you don’t do these things you will get mold in the vents. So make sure to always inspect all the bottle parts after washing, just incase! These bottles are the best and I recommend them to every mama out there! They’re worth every penny!
