The breast-like nipple shape encourages a proper latch for a more natural bottle feeding experience and eases the transition from breast to bottle and back again. The Level 1 Nipple and Anti-Colic vent system is proven to help preserve bottle milk nutrients and aid in digestion for a better night’s sleep. Made of super-soft, 100% silicone, the Level 1 Nipple fits all Dr. Brown’s® Options+™ wide-neck bottles. The suggested age range for the Level 1 Nipple is 0 months+, but baby’s preferred flow rate may vary. Safe for use in dishwasher (top rack only), electric and microwave sterilizers or boiling water. Great amount for the price. We replace these nipples every couple months and the price we pay for the bottles is quite a bit so itâs nice to pay $12 for 6 nips.Also fits the wide neck, âbreast likeâ bottles. Came super quick!

Cheap material
Although the nipples are designed in the shape mimicking the breast, we find that the material itself is too soft. As a result, the nipple keeps getting pushed in during the feeding process, which is super annoying.
Needs more description
It is not correctly described in the write up. Dr. Brown has standard nipples and wide neck. There are also 2 types- 2 ridges and a single ridge. That was no where in the description so I am unable to use them.
I’m really glad that I was able to get these online as my daughter loves the wide neck dr brown bottles and one of the bottle nipples I had for one of her bottles was starting to discolor. Really glad I was able to get these so quickly and now I have a few left to be able to replace more of them if I need to.
I had a bunch of Dr brown bottles but not a bunch of size 1 nipples so this was exactly what I needed.
Not sure what the deal is but every wide Dr. Browns nipple collapses as my kid eats. I read to go up sizes but Ive tried multiple now and its the same thing every time.
