The breast-like nipple shape encourages a proper latch for a more natural bottle feeding experience and eases the transition from breast to bottle and back again. The Preemie Flow™ Nipple and Anti-Colic vent system is proven to help preserve bottle milk nutrients and aid in digestion for a better night’s sleep. Made of super-soft, 100% silicone, the Preemie Flow™ Nipple fits all Dr. Brown’s® Options+™ wide-neck bottles. Perfect for when your baby is ready for size 2
The flow rate for these is great for when your babies get to 3+ months! I have twins who were born premature so level 1 was great but they had to work too hard to finish their bottles and often fell asleep because they were working too hard. I switched to level 2 and they were able to finish the entire bottle without falling asleep or working too hard. The shape similar to a breast so it worked great for my breastfed babies. Iâve used them for about 4 months now and they are not cloudy and still as clear as the day I got them. Very easy to clean with the wide shape.

Fits perfectly for the Avent bottle
Iâve been using it for my old avent bottles as a replacement for the nipples for a couple months now. There is no leak at all and itâs even tighter than the original one! I have no idea why several people saying it wonât fit and milk will spill, they either are lying or didnât install it right, which is super easy.
Too soft and leaking
They are good but the hole can’t hold the milk. It always leaks when I upside down the bottle to feed the baby.

Tough to find rurally smaller then the store bought nipples, out new born was having some excess gas issues and snagging these has saved us hours of sleep and made her that much happier!!
