This works perfectly about 95% of the time. If my son is fussy, gassy, or wonât eat even when he is hungry, I give him this by itself in a bottle and he takes it right away, presumably because he likes the taste. Once in a blue moon, if he is extra fussy, I need to coax him to take it. Once he drinks it, he instantly calms down, as in the very second he drink the last sip, at the latest. It does not knock him out. It is not harmful so I donât feel guilty using it. It just calms him down so he can resume drinking his formula and then go to sleep. There have been maybe a couple times when he did not get calm instantly. I had to coax him to take his formula after the gripe water. He felt better after 30-60 seconds in these cases. This gripe water is basically magic. I have tried other gripe waters with my first baby and they either didnât work or they knocked her out due to harmful ingredients. Now this one does have sodium bicarbonate, and some websites say that is bad, but it is ok within the recommended doses, and aids in digestion by helping the tummy feel better. It reduces acidity in the stomach. Too much can cause the opposite problem, so just donât overdose, thatâs all. It does cause foul smelling farts, however, but itâs worth it. I find that switching formulas is very effective at reducing gripe as well. If your baby is using a formula that doesnât work the best for him/her, this will help for sure until you find the right one. However, itâs not just gassiness that this helps with, unlike antiflatulants like Ovol. This helps no matter why the baby is fussy during/after a feed.
Hiccups be gone
Works great for hiccups. My little guy (7 weeks) gets so angry when he gets hiccups and this gives him so much relief. The smell and taste is god awful but they do what they say they do!

I like this gripe water because it is alcohol free. My son is 1 year old and was keep vomiting almost after each meal after using this couple of times he stopped vomiting. Just little inconvenience i got is to go and grab the spoon from the kitchen every time. Now a days most of the baby syrup comes with a measuring cup or syringe to measure the exact amount and if this comes with syringe that would be more convenient and easier to use.
My grandson absolutely loves the taste.. Stops hiccups from happening and helps with gas and fussiness. I love this product and am sure to keep some on hand. Better then the other brands..
Baby loves this stuff and I think he would loveIt if he could have more than the 1 tsp :)Calms him rather well ! I think the Fennel does wonderful for him and although It does not contain chamomile – I make him baby magic tea with chamomile so his little tummy is all good 🙂
Best gripe meds for me!! I’ve 3 boys and tried every other gripe water but nothing helped my little ones like kolik.I now have a newborn and was happy to fine it on Amazon because it could not be found in the USA
This tastes great and even works on my 2.5 year old when he gets a bad case of hiccups! Iâm a huge fan of gripe water but normally buy Mommyâs Bliss or Wellements. This one doesnât have chamomile in it, which also helps soothe general fussies and discomfort. Iâve also tried the PM version of this and like it a lot better! We use it 24/7.Heâs older so he gets a full syringe if this. He seems to like the way it tastes! Highly recommend this.Hope this helps! âºï¸
We have been using Mommy’s bliss gripe water since the beginning of our parenting and have never been dissatisfied with it. Tried this and can say that this product is good as well. High-quality ingredient and works well too. I would highly recommend this to any parents.My 2 cents below:Pros:- It works well for what it is supposed to do (Relieving from gas and colic)- Easy to use and make baby intake- Good for baby’s sensitive appetite- Good quality ingredients- It is a sugar-free product- Reasonably pricedCons:- I wish they added a syringe feeder too in the package
