Works for a FOMO baby
This little speaker is seriously impressive!! Somehow it manages to produce very impressive and space filling sounds.Got it for my 2 month old FOMO baby who wouldn’t sleep longer than an hour. I have to say I think it seriously helped.I’ll be taking this little machine to hotel rooms too as the spouse and I are used to sleeping with a fan on. It really does drown out noise well!! If it broke I would purchase again
Meets expectations for its size class but not perfect.
This might be the first review so far where I paid in full for the product (didnât get it for free to test like everyone else).TLDR: Great with its tiny size for travel but still prefer other Dreamegg models for in-home use. More details below.Pros:- Decent battery life; continuously for 12+ hours on a full charge so can get through a full night if needed.- Instructions are clear and controls are easy to understand even with only a few buttons. Also the power button is raised a little so you can feel it in the dark.- Remembers your last settings for soundtrack and volume. It doesnât remember the timer and defaults to 30 minutes (likely to conserve battery) but this is fine.- Volume is surprisingly loud for its size and has a lot of levels for adjusting it to be just right.Cons:- Will not turn on when plugged in but works fine again as soon as you unplug it. Not a big deal if you plan ahead and remember to charge it during off times.- Limited tracks, has all your basic white noise, fan, beach, rain etc. and a couple lullabies so if you arenât picky youâre all set. I was hoping for thunderstorm like on my other larger sound machines (two other Dreamegg models) and this little one doesnât have that.- Sound quality (range and clarity) isnât as good as a larger machine but thatâs to be expected for its size.- Expensive considering you can get better (slightly bigger but still portable) Dreamegg sound machines for a similar price (around $30).Update: Adding a few more pros now that Iâve used it for a few weeks.- Dreamegg customer service is wonderful.- Build quality seems good, itâs been dropped several times from a stroller and still works fine.

Great price for something I’d travel with. Different sounds and it’s small enough that you can cram in anywhere.

Best purchase for baby sleep
This little speaker is absolutely a game changer for my little guy. He had trouble falling asleep with the room so quiet, but with this, I can take it everywhere and it works like a charm. I have been using it everyday for about 2 weeks and still havenât the need to charge it. Itâs great!
Compact and convenient
It is such a cute and portable sound machine. We use it in the babyâs bassinet on lower volume. Thereâs options of one or two lullaby melodies and lots of white noise and water sounds. However, battery life only lasts a few hours before we need to charge again which is a little inconvenient.
Exactly what I needed!
I wish they had these when my babies were small!! I used to use a white noise app on my phone when we were out with a sleeping baby in the stroller this would have been so perfect. I use it in my bedroom to sleep and for my kids. Many different sound options. Easy to use. Super portable. Love it!!

I just pulled the DREAMEGG POCKET SLEEP 1 out of the box and was excited to try it out. Going on a short trip next month and wanted to make sure I could use it to drown out the street noise while I sleep. It was easy to turn on. The ability to change the sounds and volume level were easy to change. FWIW, I don’t like charging things directly from my laptop. Instead of buying a new adapter and charging cable, I discovered I can also use the charging cable and adapter for my old Samsung Galaxy FE.
The mini size is perfect for travel and it stays charged for multi nights of use. So glad I purchased it.
Help relax
We are traveling later this year and I wanted to buy a compact sound machine for the hotel room. There will be four of us. This sound machine had the best reviews for the sound, so I bought this one over others. So with that said , this machine is great for the compact travel experience. Like if it was just me and my husband, will be great, but in a double bed hotel suite, the sound will be lost. We will be traveling on a train, so for the train ride this sound machine will be great, but I will be buying something else for our hotel room. I am a very light sleeper, and I found this is the only way I can sleep sound.
