Just Excellent!
The lighted on/off switch is a VERY NICE FEATURE when you need to turn it on in the dark. Excellent selection of volume levels. Nice variety of sounds. BUT……. I detected a loop in one of the fan sounds. The next fan sound had no detectable loop. My guess is they all have loops but they are mostly undetectable so this is fine. This is my third white noise machine and I kind of upgraded each time. This one is definitely the best one and worth the money. Sleek design and simple operation. It remembers the sound AND time delay you set from before. This is very convenient. Also, I love the rechargeable battery so you don’t necessarily have to plug into a wall. Great for traveling!

A great, portable Sound Machine, with many sound options…
This little portable sound machine packs many features for such an affordable price.The design and build is fantastic. Solid feeling, lightweight, with all the controls conveniently located on the front, and an impressive sounding speaker atop.Power and charging is accomplished via a proprietary DC to USB A cable, which is a bit disappointing. I would have rather preferred to see either micro USB or USB C to USB A in keeping with USB standards, but not a deal breaker by any means. It does come with a compact USB wall charger, but I use an Anker USB charging hub and all works flawlessly. I cannot speak to how long the battery lasts, but the product listing indicates 12 hours, which is impressive.There are many sound options to choose from, ranging from a wide selection of white noises and fan noises, to nature sounds and other calming sounds. All but one are of high quality and sound really impressive, with rich, full clarity. That one exception would be the “brook” sound; to me, this one sounds like it was recorded with an old school tape recorder. Aside from that, my personal favourites are “bird, sea wave, gentle surf, thunder rain, and camp fire”.I also absolutely love the timer options, and more so how the unit slowly decreases the volume once the timer has elapsed. Very thoughtful!Overall, I would have to say this is a fantastic little portable sound machine that can be taken anywhere you go. Highly recommended.

Great little noise machine!
We had more been wanting to try a white noise machine for our daughter for quite a while. Dream Egg contacted us through Instagram and asked if we would like to try their brand new D3 sound machine. We were more than happy to since we were already in the market for one to use with our 1yr old daughter. We have been using it for about three weeks now and I wish we’d gotten one sooner. It is so much easier to leave the room once she is sleeping in her crib because it masks the sounds of us walking and closing the door. We also used to have to make shushing noises to put her to sleep and now the machine does that for us so it makes putting her to sleep a whole lot easier. It also lets us do things around the house without worrying about waking her up. The battery lasts at least a couple of nights and a couple of naps. You can also leave it plugged in. It comes with so many different white noise settings and options and the sound quality is great. No complaints here. We were hoping it was going to help her sleep all the way through the night but her night wakings have been the same. We also had the opportunity to use it at a hotel last weekend where there was lots of noise in the hallways and outside the windows. The white noise machine was great for the whole family at masking out all of the external sounds.Update: 2024 – we still have this sound machine and it is still going strong. The battery life is still amazing and will last all night not plugged in from multiple nights. We are now using it for our second daughter and it is the best. We’ve given it to multiple people as gifts because we love it so much.

E’ un oggetto quasi poetico, produce suoni che solleticano l’immaginazione ed evocano ambienti in cui rifugiarsi con la mente per rilassarsi. L’audio è pulito e regolabile, non me lo aspettavo di questa qualità e mi ha stupito abbastanza. E’ stato molto piacevole passare da un suono all’altro e seguire tutte le immagini che si creavano con l’ascolto. Chiudendo gli occhi l’effetto è amplificato e ci si trova immersi tra ricordi e visioni tranquillizzanti. Per me funziona!E’ utile per calmarsi, per favorire il sonno, per diminuire ansia o stress e di sicuro è adatto a persone di qualsiasi età.Troverete il suono delle onde quiete del mare, il canto degli uccelli, dei grilli, il rumore ipnotico di un treno in viaggio, il ronzìo dei ventilatori, la musica di due carillon, dell’acqua di un ruscello, il rumore della pioggia battente, di un temporale, del traffico, del fuoco che crepita, il ticchettio di un orologio e altro ancora. Il rumore del ritmo cardiaco rilevato con un fonendoscopio per me è inquietante, invece quello della goccia che cade mi ricorda una tortura cinese e mi innervosisce, ma questi son gusti. Ci sono 15 suoni tra cui scegliere, più 7 rumori di ventole, tutti ben registrati ad alta definizione e regolabili rapidamente su 32 livelli di volume tenendo schiacciato l’apposito pulsante.Ha la funzione memoria, cioè quando lo riaccenderete vi riproporrà lo stesso suono con lo stesso volume dell’ultima volta che l’avete usato.Ha un tasto dedicato per il rumore “ventilatori” e un altro che emette solo “rumore bianco”, che può essere incupito o schiarito schiacciando lo stesso tasto più volte.E’ un piccolo apparecchio facilissimo da usare, ha una forma molto sobria, è ben costruito e stabile, ha i piedini gommati antiscivolo e i pulsanti che rispondono subito.Ha una base larga 12 cm e un’altezza di 6 cm, è di colore bianco latte con tasti grigi e simboli neri, ben leggibili. Ha una porta AUX per l’attacco delle cuffie e un timer che vi permette di farlo suonare per 30, 60 o 90 minuti, poi si spegnerà automaticamente. E’ una funzione indispensabile, dato che il rischio di addormentarsi in breve tempo è molto alto.Lo potete portare con voi dappertutto o posizionarlo dove volete, perché è ricaricabile. Ha una batteria di tipo 18500, 3,7V e 1200 mAh, che dura fino a 12 ore con volume basso. Per la ricarica viene fornito un cavo lungo 145 cm ca. ed è necessario un adattatore da 5V-1A, con la classica porta USB A, che non troverete nella confezione. Quando la batteria sarà quasi esaurita, il pulsante di accensione lampeggerà, diventerà rosso fisso durante la carica e poi verde, a carica ultimata.L’attacco per l’alimentazione si trova sotto la base e, una volta inserito lo spinotto, potete far passare il filo dentro la guida a “S” e farlo uscire dalla scanalatura dedicata, così rimarrà perfettamente in piano. L’apparecchio funziona anche quando è sotto carica. NON è impermeabile.Trovo che sia un prodotto pensato e costruito bene, che può davvero aiutare molte persone, compresi i bambini. La qualità/prezzo è buona, quindi lo consiglio senza riserve.
