My healing time postpartum was cut in half due to this. I always buy 2 boxes for each baby. I just throw it in the bath and squeeze out the extra from the bag before I get out right onto my area. Amazing product
I used this product a week after a natural birth and I wish I had it from day 1! Itâs a little pricey but it was so soothing. I used it in a sitz bath and found it amazing. I would highly recommend this as I got more relief from it than plain Epsom salts (which also helped!)
