Very Soothing Sway With Music But Some Potential Deal Breakers
I actually really do love the swaying (swing) motion of this. The effect is very similar to the way a parent would sway back and when holding a fussy or sleeping child. I think the speed of movement is perfect and the five different “distances” or arcs of swing are also really good. I quite liked the included musical choices. All classical, soothing and easily ignored. Because I liked the chair so much, despite the problems, I still gave this three stars. My husband felt it was a two star product. But if I hadn’t received this under review, I would absolutely be exchanging it. So do not buy this as a gift if it won’t be tested within the 30 day review period.The three adjustment heights take some practice but it is a two handed job. You need to push in the two side pins. Once you have it moved out of that locked position, you can release the pins and just push or pull as required to the next locked position. You will hear it click.The sunshade can provide almost full coverage in the fully upright position. The shade itself is quite basic and could do with slightly stronger elastics as occasionally they would release too easily from the top or bottom when fully extended. It just clips on so it can be easily removed for indoor use.The remote works flawlessly. Don’t lose it.If it is just jerking a tiny distance, you forgot to unlock it.The chair is rated for 20lbs but there was a noticeable flex at 16lbs. However, a real babies weight would be distributed differently.Problems:The touchpad is wonky and downright irritating at times. It just shuts itself off or does something unexpected fairly regularly or the buttons are non-responsivr..The Bluetooth worked only one time and never again. It was cool when it worked. I played baby shark through the chair. ðI originally couldn’t assemble the chair as one of the locking pins would not depress. There is a metal plate and it is misaligned preventing proper movement of the plate. The best option would have been to drill the plate. However, we did manage to perfectly align the plate – see the pictures on order of screw entry. We screwed in the one end and pushed as hard as we could in the director the other plate to ensure it had free movement before screwing in the remaining screws in order shown. The downside is if the screws loosen over time, it will be impossible to remove the one leg as the pin will no longer depress

It’s been a huge help, especially when I need a few minutes to myself!Right out of the box, it was super easy to set up. The swing is portable and lightweight, so I could move it from the living room to the bedroom without any hassle. It even folds up neatly, which is great for storage or traveling. The 5 swing speeds are a nice feature because I could adjust it based on my babyâs moodâwhether they needed a slow, soothing sway or something a little more fun when they were active.The seat is soft and cozy, with enough padding to keep my little one comfortable for long periods. Itâs also equipped with a five-point harness, which gave me peace of mind knowing my baby was secure while they were swinging. Plus, the anti-slip EVA seat made sure my baby stayed in place, even when moving around a bit.The music is another nice touch. It plays a few lullabies, which were really soothing and helped put my baby to sleep. Thereâs also a timer function, so I didnât have to worry about the swing running endlessly if my baby nodded off. As for the swing speeds, the slowest setting was perfect for calming them down before nap time, while the faster settings kept them entertained when they were more alert.The manual pump (if youâre using a portable model) can be a bit of a workout. If youâre not up for it, you might want to look into getting an electric one. The built-in music options are nice but somewhat limited in variety. More tunes wouldâve been a plus.Overall, this electric swing is a lifesaver! It gave me some much-needed hands-free time, and my baby seemed to love the gentle motions and music. If youâre looking for a reliable, portable swing that offers comfort and convenience, Iâd definitely recommend this one.
Works well but quality isn’t great
I recently used this product for my baby and while it has some nice features, Iâve encountered a few downsides that I think are worth mentioning. First off, the swing has a sleek gray design, and I appreciate that itâs portable, making it easy to move around the house or take outdoors. The five swing speeds are a nice option, but I found that the swing itself feels a bit slow, which may not be ideal for every baby.Assembly was a bit of a challenge; some parts were difficult to fix together, particularly the components shown in the first picture. Additionally, I struggled with the net cover, which doesnât fit perfectly. I had to stretch it quite a bit, and even then, it sometimes bounces off my baby, which can be a bit frustrating.Another downside is the sound quality. The music options are poor, and the volume isnât very impressive, which is a letdown since I was hoping for some soothing tunes to help calm my baby. It sometimes connects to my Bluetooth even though I don’t want my phone to be connected to it. Overall, my baby loves lying on it for a few minutes because of the swinging and that’s it.
The shade part problem
The shade part is different from the one you see in the photo and it is not adjusted in any way. Also, the five movement models are all basically the same movement model and there is no difference… I have to return this heavy item to the post office again. I will return it.. do not buy it
