I have used this product for just a few times since I bought it. But it was not working suddenly.
Ok – so far …
I was surprised by the very small size (my fault, probably not reading the description). It took a while to work out how to click and close it to make it chop, there are no instructions. Needs charging on delivery however it took only a couple of hours. I’ve used it just the once to make breadcrumbs, the blades seem a bit flimsy so not sure how it might cope with something like nuts or a more substantial item. But so far so good and for the money can’t complain so long as it has a reasonably long life.
Loving this little guy
I wanted a smaller processor than… (I have the Kitchen Aid small processor) and dont always need it for little portions.. I have ground up chicken breast (raw cut into chunks) cooked it, … a cooked hamburger patty, and added cooked peas and diced carrots to both and processed them again with no problem!! It is something I will be using often and takes up NO ROOM ON MY COUNTER AND CORDLESS !! Perfect size for little jobs.The only problem is that you cannot wash the top in water so you have to clean with damp paper towel but I can deal with that

I bought this on a whim, after reading a short little blurp about it in a magazine. I use this little gadget often. Works so well on garlic and onions. Be aware that it’s pretty small – maybe holds a cup, if that. But it’s very handy, easy to clean and so far, holds a charge for quite some time. Blades are very sharp.Best impulse buy ever!

When you open this package beware. The top does not twist on and as I was getting it out of the box the top flew off, as well as the blade. One finger sliced. One missing a ton of skin.
Stopped working as soon as I put ingredients in it. Wouldn’t work for more than 2 seconds and then got stuck in the on position, safety feature failure as continued spinning with the cup off. Had to leave it to spin itself out until the battery died, and now it won’t charge. Completely useless
