Excellent machine (but a little too pricey)
I got this on Amazon Vine for my baby niece, who comes and stays over every weekend. As a sound and sleep machine, it does an excellent job — there is a wide selection of sounds and pretty good volume and audio quality. While it has so many light options to choose from, when my niece is here, we use JUST the red light and JUST one song (one of the lullaby ones), as that’s all she falls asleep to.(Note: When I got this for the first time and was playing around with its features, I was so stoked with the voice record feature! So, in typical troll aunt fashion, I recorded myself yelling, “Go to sleep, (niece’s name)! Auntie love, love, loves you!” Needless to say, my sister did NOT appreciate that feature at all, lol, but my brother-in-law thinks it’s cool and likes to record his own messages for his daughter on the sound machine.)When my niece and her family aren’t staying with me, I also like to use the sound machine. It doubles as a Bluetooth speaker, so I use it to play my audiobooks and music when I’m getting ready for work. It also has a pretty awesome meditation mode, where it plays very relaxing music and the lights change color quite gradually. I think this is my favorite part of it. Also, it comes with little decorate sticker/decals that you can put around the lateral surface!At time of review, this product costs around the $80CAD mark, though a few months ago, it was around the $30-40 range. Overall, I think it’s a great — and surprisingly versatile — little machine, but if I were not a Vine member, I couldn’t see myself forking over more than $50 for this product.
excellent white noise machine
I really really like this little white noise machine! The sound quality is good, and I didn’t detect any issues with the audio loops, and there’s a ton of different sounds to play. I lean towards the white noise ones as opposed to the heart beats/nature sounds/music, but they’re all quite good. There are timer settings, so that you can have it shut off automatically after 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Speaker sounds clear and not too tinny, and it can be used with or without the cable, making it great for travel. One charge is more than enough for a full night of playback, too, which is impressive. It also has numerous very adjustable light functions, which is a bonus but not something I personally use.There are two features that stand out to me as absolutely the best parts though. I have a few white noise machines, and these two make this one stand out as my favourite:- the cable to charge/plug in? it’s a USB C. Oh my gosh is that amazing, I have so many USB C cables so if I need one, I don’t have to scramble around online in a panic to buy a specific, hard to find power adapter- it functions as a bluetooth speaker! You can connect it to your phone and play music or whatever you like through it. This really makes it multi purpose, and it’s great to have on hand!Love this thing, it’s worth every penny.
Decent sound machine
I like to dreamYes, yes, right between the sound machineOn a cloud of sound, I drift in the nightAny place it goes is rightGoes far, flies near to the stars away from hereMuch like steppenwolf, I like to dream but my tinnitus often prevents me from getting to sleep. I usually use my google home for sound, but it’s in the main area of the house, so when I have to close my bedroom door I can’t use it; I also don’t take it when I travel. This device lets me have the dream machine effect in my room or suitcase which I look forward to. I’ve used it for two nights and so far I’m fairly satisfied with it. The instructions are lackluster (but enough to get you started) and there’s an interesting pamphlet in there with some breathing techniques that are supposed to coordinate with the machine, but I couldn’t figure it out because it talks about a voice prompt to start, but I couldn’t navigate to it on the device. It has lights, but I don’t use them, and they can be shut off. It also starts up on the sound effect where you left it the night before, which I like. It can be used as a voice recorder or a bluetooth speaker as well. I find the sounds themselves are okay, a few you kinda have to use your imagination to picture what it’s portraying, but we’re just trying to get to sleep here, not win an Oscar for best sound effects in a sound machine. You can tell it’s not a high end speaker especially when playing music on it, but again, it’s a sleep machine, not something you’re cranking up for a party. I do wish it had a battery indicator, but it doesn’t. The single led WILL change colour at full charge when you’re charging it, but there’s no way to check how much juice you have left, so eventually, it will die mid use. However, I’ve used it for 2 full 8 hour nights and it’s still going strong. For the price it’s a decent little machine that does what it’s advertised to do at a good price point.
Small, portable, quality audio and works great
I love ambient light and soothing sounds when I sleep so when I saw this I wanted to try it.Itâs adorably small and compact – perfect size for traveling or if you have limited space to place it. The unit is well-constructed and looks sturdy. The interface looks like something I would find on a high end machine.The unit is charged with USB-C cable and has seven different LED colors and variable brightness. There is an impressive 30 sounds including some unique but very soothing options (ie Tibetan chimes/gongs, train, spa sounds etc.)The train sound made me think of Harry Potter for some reason lol.The audio quality is top notch which I did not expect from this unit but was very pleased with.Itâs also really neat that I can record a short clip of my own audio. As a parent who travels this is a great feature because I got the kids to record on it for me so I can listen to them before I fall asleep when I miss them â¤ï¸Overall this is a great little sound device and I am very happy with itð¤
Great for nights when you can’t sleep!
Purchased for my 7 month old son and itâs literally a life safer. Size is perfect and compact so itâs easy to travel with, the charge on it lasts a long time, sounds clear and crisp, wish the buttons would light up though when I donât have the light on but was definitely worth the money.

Este aparato es un gran invento. Lleva luz en diferentes tonos y en el blanco se puede variar la intensidad. Además trae diferentes sonidos de ruido blanco que calman al bebé.Al ser pequeño lo puedes llevar donde quieras.Lo uso durante toda la noche y va genial para poder ver al bebé y no desvelarlo en las tomas nocturnas.
