Great way to see baby and track heart rate
We purchased this with our second baby and have now been using it for a month. I am so impressed with the quality of this product. The packaging is fantastic and gives you the feel of a high quality product. The camera is great quality with clear night vision and gives a very wide angle of the room. A wall mount and a crib mount comes included which I didn’t realize! The sock and the base works great and I love the app as well!! I can’t see myself using the sock up to 18 months but the camera and parent base unit can be used without it. I love the fact that I don’t have to keep the app open on my phone at night – that’s where the base has a speaker. Everything can be set up to use the way you want with the volume you prefer. I would highly recommend this to any new parent. I which I had this with my first.
Returned. So horrible.
Heated up on my sonâs foot. Caused minor burns and heat rash even when used as directed. Didnât stay connected and provided false alerts. Returned.These devices genuinely arenât recommended. They provide false sense of hope and false sense of panic. Would not recommend. If your child needs any type of device to monitor SPO2 (oxygen saturation in their blood), heart rate, respirations, temp, etc. get a prescribed device from your healthcare provider. Not these or the Owlett.
Excellent Baby Monitor
This is our first baby monitor. It does the job properly. Cry detection still beta, but really helpful. We can notified when our baby cry, and the socks. It is help a lot, at least we know if the baby still not properly calm down

Pro* Heart rate, O2 sat, and room temperature info (wish there was a humidity sensor as well)* High quality videoCons* Even with the highest sensitivity, there is a long delay in notification (I can hear the baby crying before the app/docking station notifies..)* Sometimes give false HR alarm due to inaccurate reading (You have to make sure the socks is tight but I wonder if this might affect baby’s growth)* Cry detection is inaccurate (it’s beta)* You need to go to app then, click into video to see live video (2 steps)* Upon clicking baby crying notification, it plays past recorded video instead of current live video..* For iphone/ipad user, must open the app and does not allow picture in picture (Cannot multi-task)
Donât buy this product! Worst customer service ever
We bought this product for our new born, after 2 weeks (maybe less) the night vision of the cámara stopped working. We were investigating the possible solutions and they told us that the warranty should be handled directly with the brand and not with Amazon.Eufy asked us to send them the camera so they would review it and provide us a response! That was by the end of December and we are still waiting for a solution or replacement! We bought this product because with a new born you really need it and we have been waiting more than a month for a solution. Now they said that the cámara is out of stock and they need to check their availability in the US. We are so disappointed. Itâs not a cheap product, we bought this because we really need a camera for our baby and didnât work at all, was damage almost immediately and the customer service of the brand itâs really poor.Donât buy any EUFY product
Good monitor
This is a good monitor, my son tends to stop breathing due to acid reflux. However I ordered the sock PLUS video camera, and only received the sock and when I contacted support they said there wasnât anything they could do for me. So wasted money on buying the bundleâ¦If youâre wanting to buy it for the camera and sock itâs not worth it you only get part of it.
Very poor product quality
The camera IR light failed at the 13 month mark (1 month after warranty ends) and without night vision the product is useless. For something quite expensive you would hope that the product would last longer.The socks are also poorly made, the materials start falling apart after a month of use (hand wash only). Be prepared to spend more money buying replacement socks.
