I like it!
Positive:- The infant car seat is great: my baby loves being in it he is very comfortable, and it’s pretty easy to buckle him in.- Suuuper easy to transfer between the base in the car to the stroller.- Child can face parent or the world, both in infant carseat or bassinet/toddler seat.- Very easy to assemble the stroller.- Very easy to fold and unfold the stroller (just be careful I pinched myself a couple times), and it’s lightweight.- A lot of space in the bottom to store diaper bag, my purse, blankets, and more.Negative:- The infant bassinet is made with an angle. I couldn’t use it with my newborn, he would slouch way too much. At 2 months I started using it but have to roll a little towel for him to sit on so he doesn’t slouch (see last picture). I still don’t really like it. It will probably be fine in a few months. I really wish this would be flat so I could lay him down!! The angle doesn’t feel safe at his size.- Makes for a pretty bumpy ride on uneven terrain (although my baby loves it lol).I can’t use the toddler seat yet but will come back to edit once I do.
Defective part, manufacturer impossible to contact
Purchased in February and set up just before my baby arrived in July. As I wheeled it from the parking lot to the hospital, noticed a ticking and realized the wheel has a large defect in it that I didn’t notice at home when setting up. Huge problem as the stroller isn’t smooth and wasn’t happy putting my newborn in it. Evanflow is impossible to contact. Thier 1 800 number doesn’t work for Canadians, so when you call you just get dead air. Only after searching and finding a transport Canada memo explaining this did I find the actual phone number to call…but everytime I call ‘the call center is unavailable’ as per the automated msg. Same thing with their live chat. Wish I went with the Graco travel system I cross shopped
